“I will.” But there is this book I’d like to read…

“Field Marshall Tenpou. General Kenren continues to be a problem. Speak with him.”

“I will now.” Goku’s driving Konzen insane. I should help him.

“Field Marshall Tenpou. General Kenren is causing chaos in the army. Get him under control.”

“All right, just give me a minute.” It’ll take forever to organize these books. I’ll find Kenren soon as I’m done.

“FIELD MARSHALL! DO SOMETHING ABOUT THAT GENERAL OR I’LL HAVE BOTH YOUR HIDES!”

“Yes sir.” Now to find Kenren…

Title: Monkey on a Mission
Characters: Sanzo, Goku

Goku was on a mission. It wasn’t that Goku didn’t want to do what Sanzo had asked, but there were more interesting things to do in town.

Goku figured Sanzo wouldn’t mind if Goku ordered a bowl of soba noodles – or five. He couldn’t resist buying two dozen meat buns as he passed by. In fact, Goku knew Sanzo wouldn’t care if he brought a bag of red apples too.

Excited, Goku returned back to Sanzo, who frowned as he looked into the bag. “Where are my smokes?”

After a smack on the head, Goku was still on a mission.

Poor Sanzo!  He has caught a devil of a cold....but he earns his team 20 points for the win this week.  The Homura-tachi never gets sick and the Kou-tachi would never admit it (not with Ni around!).

This week's prompt is #33 - Procrastination

We've all been there before - you need to get a few things done, but you don't really want to do them.  So you do something else and wait until the last possible minute to get those last few things out of the way.  It's called procrastination and this week you are to inflict on any character you choose.

Maybe Kougaiji doesn't really want to go find the sutras right this minute...he'll do it later.  Hakkai needs to do the dishes, but that cup of tea is so inviting...he'll do them later.  Gojyo is sent out shopping, but there is a great looking girl just sitting there at the cafe...he'll do it later.  Sanzo has to keep traveling West...ah, he'll get there when he gets there.

Sure, you can procrastinate...just do it in 100 words.
