Hiya kids, Circe here!
1. This is Hecate, Titan Goddess of sorcery/ghosts/necromancy/night and just like... so witchy, you guys. She's so so witchy these days. The witch part has overshadowed most of her over things what with pagan/wiccan worship. She doesn't mind that though. She runs a magic shop ('herbs and crystals' kind, not 'TA DA!' kind) called The Crossroads.
I'm saying that she was previously in the city say 3-4 years ago, but she disappeared off the map without a word and is now about to pop her head up and say hello :) Lemme know about any particular relationships with the previous Hecate and I'll see if we want to keep them or not.
2. I am entering exam/final essay season so if I'm sporadic as hell for the next month (or here literally every minute of every day), that'll be why!
