I am feeling so much more motivated to play recently, it's pretty great. I'm trying to start slow on the actual scenes front, but I think I'm back, babies. I even finished up a bunch of applications I've had sitting around for ages
This is Solene (Well, it's actually Solène but I am not going to go copy and past an e with the little thingy every time I write her name. So... Solene.) She's a French mortal now living in New York, but she made the rather foolish choice of selling her soul to the devil. She's sort of hoping that moving countries means she'll lose Satan. Can't wait for her to run into him, of course :D (My headcanon for her is that when living in Paris she had some sort of relationship with a saint. If anyone would like it to be a French version of one of theirs, let me know!)
The second one is Semele, the mother of Dionysus and lover of Zeus. She got him to swear on Styx that she could have anything and then asked him to show himself to her all proper and godly, which went and killed her. But then she got brought back from the underworld and made the goddess of Bacchic frenzy. These days she's the singer in a gothy metal-rock band (and occasional drug dealer) and is a bit overwhelming for many to be around.
And lastly another mortal by the name of Annabel Lee which, yes, means she's a big old Poe fangirl. She's a jewelry maker and she also happens to be the granddaughter of Hephaestus, but she doesn't know that yet. She also dated Nikkie at some point, but Liz and I haven't worked out the details on that yet.

I will be replying to lots of posts and scenes today as I get to be home from class today, but that's because I'm supposed to be doing an assignment - so assignments and on breaks will be roleplay, yeaaaaaah boy!
