I made this mistake last week. And then I spent all weekend trying to get through to the support area, but I keep getting: "Sorry...We're currently experiencing some technical difficulties. Please try again in a few moments." Still getting it now. My friend who I was trying to get to come on over to IJ is not impressed...and I have to say, it's hard to convince people that this is the place to be when Support hasn't worked since Saturday. If anybody reading this can actually get through to the support team, then the name "caras_galadhon" needs to be removed so she can start a journal here.
