I should compile a list of all articles that have the drama as "news". I've lost my faith in LJ completely.

I'm not sure whether I'm more amused by the fact that LJ actually thinks they're going to get away with this or that they think they're right. While I do hate to admit it, LJ does have a right to say what's allowed on their site, but they're contradicted themselves way beyond repair with this one. You can't tell the public that art is bad and then agree that pro-ana sites are there to help people. I love this guy/girl even more for this article by pointing out what that idiot girl said about how aspiring to be thin isn't illegal. Yeah, killing yourself by starvation isn't illegal, except it actually is because killing yourself in anyway is illegal. LJ is so screwed and I'm laughing my ass off about it.

Don't worry LJ, we won't cry for you.

I didn't like the art. To me, it was rather.. 'squicky'? As the youngsters are calling it now. And the artists definately should have put up warnings saying they were overage.

But LJ has fucked up too hard this time. Everything in that article pretty much states what I believe. They should have had warnings to take it down, not an instant ban. Plus users SHOULD be refunded and LJ /6A really needs to have a talking to.

I even gone as far as to post the shit on proana on my other alias and basically said that I'm jumping ship the day my LJ paid account expires. Which is Aug 28th.

I wonder what kind of response I'll get since none of my friends saw it coming.

That's a great article, except that it kinda pisses me off that the author was so negative about the art itself :\ There's no need to insult Ponderosa and Elaboration.

That article is much better than what has been coming out of the mouths of the stoopid/corporate brain running El Jay.

Though I have a soft spot for all raw artists and fan artists.
