Is there anything special that we gotta do for Valentine's Day? Christmas and New Years were fun enough, though the stuff on the TV weren't nearly as pretty and interesting for new years eve. I only liked some of the music, really.

I wanna go to the bars and clubs that some of the people here own and stuff too sometime. Maybe, Simon, Jayne, or the Captain might come with me, if I can talk one of them into it!

How many of them are there now, which one should I try to get to first?

I have to say, I quite enjoyed the Christmas celebrations, despite the fact that some people were less than excited to be celebrating. And the one to ring in the new year was interesting, though I'm not sure I entirely understand what a ball covered in crystals and lights is supposed to do to represent the changing of the calendar year.

Now, which holiday is next?

All the Christmas decorating is real pretty! I like all the twinkling lights and the pretty colors! And the trees that I keep seeing with all the baubles and stuff on them.

I wanna make my apartment all pretty now 'cause I like it so much.

I can truly say this wasn't how I wanted to meet so many of you, but I'm grateful I've been able to help. It seems the worst of the battles outside have passed for the moment.

Those in the medbay with more minor injuries who have someone to take them home may leave at any time. Still plenty I would simply feel more comfortable keeping for further observation. And many...well. Settle in because you may be here a while.

As it's so crowded right now, I don't think it's entirely foolish to suggest one visitor per patient. I wouldn't want to deny anyone the chance at visiting those they're worried for, but one at a time seems to work in such scenarios.

So during this discussion with Hermione, she's brought up some fairly good points. Kids are more likely to lose things, so depending on the amulets may not be enough. I don't like the idea of allowing kids that young to get a permanent tattoo, but getting some temps made up might not be a bad idea. Or, if we ever get this power inhibition sorted out, perhaps looking into some way to create an imprint on the skin using magic so that it is painless.

Though, like I said to Hermione there, even if you have the tattoo, somethign could happen to damage it. So, those of you with the tattoo, I'd recommend wearing the amulet as well, especially given the current situation.

That matter aside... I've been thinking. The Seal seems to like sending kids through to this shithole far too often. And I know some of them are getting old enough that they can manage on their own, and others show up and have family here that can look after them. But then we get ones like Hermione, who are far too young to be living on their own. It might be a good idea to set up some kind of foster care system for kids, say, 15 and younger, or thereabouts. We could set up a list of volunteers, stable adults who would be able to look after a child until the Seal pulls them back or sends an adult they know and trust through. Any thoughts on this?

Gorram kids know better then the grown folk. Most of them are stayin the hell inside,seems to be adults runnin around nearly gettin themselves killed. Saved a man from some kinda creepifyin undead lookin thing and he hits me instead. True what they say, no good dead goes unpunished.

My training is from hundreds of years in your future here, but I would still be able to offer my assistance as we deal with this difficult time. If others are going to be out fighting these demons, injuries are likely. While I'd prefer we not have to meet this way, I'm grateful to have a way to be able to help.

The engineering at Stark Industries is real shiny! I ain't never had so much stuff to work with. And ain't nothing being held together by rigging it up or done funny at all. Got all the proper tools and stuff to do it right.

And I watched the parade on TV, it was so pretty! Stuff was done real nice! Though, I didn't like the football that was on.
