I got the position! It turns out one of the young women in my seminar is related to the head of the department and she raved about me, so he sat in to observe yesterday. I was officially offered the position after the seminar was finished today. I don't have too much time to prepare, but he said he has the course curriculum from the previous professor and I can use that as a guideline and modify it to my teaching style. There's so much to plan for, and I may need your help again Olivia, but I'm so excited.

If I were to want to go somewhere for a day or two but didn't have the time to spend flying there, would there be anyone willing to take me? I'm not sure who can or who would be willing, but I want to take a small trip before I have to come back to plan for classes next semester. I quite enjoyed going to the beach with Ariel a while back and I'd like to do it again before I need to buckle down and get back to work.

I was wondering if you might be interested in having me cook for you again. You don't have to come over, I can bring the food to you, but I thought you might enjoy something homemade more often. If you don't want to that's fine, but I thought I would make the suggestion.

The seminar I'm teaching at the university got expanded from three days to five and while I'm excited for the opportunity I'm worried I won't be able to fill up five days worth of lessons. I'm even more nervous now than I was before. I know it might be a long shot, but would anyone be willing to help me figure out how to stretch what I already had planned to five three hour long lessons? Or at least let me work it out and offer advice as I fret. Or reassurance. I could use that as well.
