War Is Coming Communications.

The more I think about the whole situation, the more I think all of us going public with who we are is a bad idea.

It's not only bound to cause a media circus and draw interest from various government groups, but think about who else it's going to draw interest from. A lot of the demons and baddies from this world would probably be interested in the fact that we have two vampire slayers here, plus Angel and Spike and the Winchesters and a lot of other evil fighters. On the other side of things, it's also bound to draw interest from hunters and vigilantes and let's face it, a lot of people aren't going to realize there are shades of gray here. Do we really need all the extra trouble and drama that's going to cause? Because we really have enough of that already.

So what exactly, aside from this media thing people are talking about which I have no ideas how to handle, are we supposed to be doing? Because I feel like there's got to be something I should be doing, here...

It's been nearly a year since I opened the Lawrence Youth Center. It's seen its highs and lows. But I'm damn proud of it.

Before we opened, I threw a huge Halloween bash to celebrate. I had planned on making it annual but with the possessions, the explosions, and the losses we faced, I thought it would be wrong.

But screw Lucifer. It can't be the huge thing it was last year, but why couldn't we have just something small? Just us, music from someone's iPod playing on the sound system, drinks, food...

Obviously we'd up security. Have all of our magic users add wards and so on. But...anyone interested?

It's very likely with Moriarty being about again that there will be eyes on your home and whatever else I'm near if there aren't already. Snipers, tend to be his thing along with anything else he has in store. Seems every other day he's threatening to kill me again. I can understand if you all wish me to find another place to stay. Or stay away entirely.

So we just have Maria Hill left of the possessed? Am I right in that?

Also, if you are still in need of housing, let me know and I'll set you up.

We need to start thinking of more permanent housing soon though. A week or two in transition is fine if you know where you might be headed next. Otherwise you kind of feel like you're lost and going insane.

Do we rebuild the Complex? Do we build something different?

Do we wait on all of this because we all know Lucifer is probably just going to send something else at us and we should probably save our strength?

We probably need a new welcome post since you know, no more Complex.

This device is quite strange.  The magic that works it is unfamiliar to me.  I do hope that I am operating it correctly.  In all my years of study, I have never heard of nor seen a place such as this.  We are, I gather, quite a long way from Bamarre- perhaps even further than the maps we draw have gone before.

I have just been conversing on the boards with the young man who is possessed. James, I believe? He specifically threatened to burn down a hospital or another orphanage. We should keep a close eye on such places tonight.

Marguerite, I want to apologize again. I was very ignorant when it came to matters in this town. I was naive and was throwing myself recklessly into danger by volunteering to be Death. I have learned much since, and am still learning more. I understand more now that you would have lost something you could never replace, and that would have hurt you immensely. I will do my best to make sure that never happens. You are my older sister, my only sister, and you only want to keep me safe. I understand what that means better now, and I do not begrudge you that.

I am working on my archery so that I am not in the thick of things when the fighting starts. I will continue to take the classes and learn as much as I can to protect myself and those I am close to. I hope to do you proud. And I just wanted to let you that I love you very much and I hope that we can make amends because I miss you greatly.

We need to be more vigilant than ever. Natasha's son James has been possessed and is out there somewhere. Be on high alert. Anyone who's possessed is incredibly dangerous. But he's also still a kid, so please don't harm him if you see him. If he sees you, don't approach unless you're certain you're able to perform an exorcism without getting hurt yourself. We don't need anymore injuries or deaths.

For those of you with amulets -- make sure you have them on you at all times. Or better yet, get the tattoo. It's more permanent and obviously less likely to get lost.

Twice inside a month, that should be some sort of record.

Because I should be in New York City and not in Kansas, I can't reach anyone in my cell list (especially dad, Grams and Kate) and well I'm officially getting nervous just sitting in a Starbucks.

The barista thinks my car broke down and I'm waiting on a tow truck.

I know there's a lot going on, but the archery class is still scheduled for this wednesday. If this is bad for anyone who wants to be a part of it, let me know and I'll try to reschedule for a date that's better for everyone.

I need your advice on two matters.

The first is that I think I have sorted out what I want to say to Marguerite. We have talked briefly about things unrelated to my offer to Death, but I do not like this estrangement. Especially with things being so uncertain. Would it be all right if I were to tell you and you could tell me what you think her response would be?

The second is more...complicated. I am quite interested in Lydia. And I do not want to appear to be moving much too quickly with things. But she would like to kiss me, and I am wondering if it is too soon. Or if I should have already and am just being a dunce. Modern era dating is very new to me. It is very different from courtship in our time, not that that went well for me, and I am not as knowledgeable in the matters of the heart as you are.

Has anyone heard from Anya lately? She's been quiet, what I know from her is that isn't a good thing.I think Anya's gone.

Is anyone super good at Latin that wouldn't mind a study session? I'm pretty much awful and I think I'm getting everything all jumbled up.

Ain't no camp sign up this time. Got a feeling its better to be in Lawrence than out of it at the moment.

Instead I'll be offering refresher courses for those who need them and start out ones for those who ain't been to camp.
