Hate the holidays, especially the ones I don't understand. Not a hell of a lot to be thankful for.

Thankful I haven't been set on fire yet, haven't be executed by Judoon hit squads, and that everything still functions without pills, even though I've yet to use it all since I got here. And before anyone says it, I'm not coming down to the kitchen for a meet and greet. Not my style.

Though, I know that we were probably extremely annoying. Even if it was a lot of fun at the time. And even if I've got the hangover from hell now. I don't even know what to say about the love stuff....blame it on the alcohol, I guess.

I will say that hangovers are a damn good punishment for anything, though.

Again, I'm sorry. I don't drink very often. That's probably the drunkest I've been in some time.

I forgot how much I loved this season. It's almost too damn bad I can't bet on football anymore. A game on just about every station, and? Just because I'm feeling giving I paid for the NFL package plus Red Zone for this month for the complex. Twice the football. Now I know where 'it's the best time of the year' came from.

So. Thanksgiving tomorrow. Are we going to do anything? Something which doesn't have Buffy in the kitchen, unless I'm making sandwiches. Sandwiches, I can do.

Thanksgiving is officially a complicated holiday. Maybe there should just be going out to eat.

Hey, what are you guys doing this Thanksgiving? Any plans? Mine are pretty much open. As I said, there's still food left if you need any extra to prepare for a dinner. Unless you're going to someone else's or if there's going to be a big one like the last feast.

Remember the last Thanksgiving? I have fond memories of that. Mostly because... it's, I think, where we had first met in this place. I hope this year's will be special too.

All this "oh, I'm so thankful for my family/friends/happiness!" talk is really starting to get on my nerves.

I do have a point though. I lost a vampire guy friend when I got here. Kinda short, dark hair, fast runner, probably lurking in the shadows. If  he pops up, let me know.

If anyone needs my help preparing food, I'm here. I can cook a whole turkey in about a minute. Other things that aren't quite so enormous can be prepared even more quickly. I have experience with Thanksgiving feasts.
