Prompt: Wildcard 1 – (2019)
After the war, Harry just can’t seem to hold on to a job. Whether it's because he’s having flashbacks, or he just can’t get his mind in the right mood, or something else. But everybody around him keeps encouraging him to do at least something, since it is a Wizarding tradition to add to society, not just loaf around. Snape can’t even get a job, making him destitute. Then Harry and Snape meet, a few years after the war. What will Wizarding society think of what will happen next?
Summary: "Take this," Severus thrust the scrap of paper forward.

The boy took it, glanced at it and looked back up in annoyance. "I can't read it."

It took all of his self-control not to roll his eyes. "Of course you wouldn't. It's Japanese."

"I don't – "

"You," he held up a hand to silence Potter, "will go home and book a Portkey, or a flight, I do not care which, to Kyoto. Yes, that is in Japan. And you will not come back until you have stayed there for at least three months. Do I make myself clear?"

A post-war story of self-discovery, grief, healing, and finding one's path – in the most unexpected of places.
A/N: This is a gentle, meandering journey of self-discovery. A tale of snow falling on eaves, of birdsong in the forest, of inhaling and exhaling. Of the quiet of a yoga studio, and Harry and Severus each finding their own path.

It is not a whirlwind romance with an action-packed plot and plenty of porn. But, perhaps, it will be exactly what you are looking for.

Thank you to the mods for organising this brilliant fest, and to Arrisha for believing in me – without you, this would never have been written.

Hippocrates460 sowed the seeds to this story years ago, when they made me laugh out loud with the tags to their story 'Andrew, 38'. "One day," I thought, "I'll write a yoga-teacher-Snape story too. Because I love how, in fandom, anything is possible."
