WOW!!! That's what we call fast! ;D We were thrilled to have filled all 30 slots in less than 9 hours! Please note, anyone who has signed up is in the fest. Comment counts may make it appear like there are more than 30 participants, but there are only 30. So if you signed up, you are in!

We are still waiting for a couple of participants to edit their requests, but assignments will be sent to all participants before Oct 3. If any other participant needs to make corrections or additions to their original sign-ups, please feel free to edit your comment or reply to it until assignments are sent. Once assignments are sent, please send any corrections or additions directly to the mods at spfestmod @ gmail DOT com and we will forward it to the person writing or drawing your gift.

For those who missed sign-ups, while we are no longer accepting new sign-ups we are now looking for pinch hitters. If you are interested, please comment on the original sign-up form and let us know what you are willing to write/draw and what you are willing to receive to make the best possible match for everyone.

Sign-ups: September 12 - September 26 OR until we have reached a maximum of 30 participants.

Please fill out the entire sign-up form as thoroughly as possible (except for the optional part if you choose not to provide a plot scenario). If you have any squicks that you do not want to write or receive in a gift, please make sure that you include them in the appropriate line in your sign-up.

Caveat: If you request that your gift only be art and we do not have sufficient artist sign-ups, we may not be able to fulfill your request. If this occurs, we will contact you.
