Summary: Snape survives the war, but on the precipice of his release from the hospital wing, he goes into heat. Harry’s there to save the day. Again. Featuring soulmates and A/B/O dynamics.
A/N: Originally, I wrote this fic for a ‘swap, but I ended up abandoning it for a few months because I lost interest. Luckily, HP and Snarry are something I always come back to, so once I found my drive again, it was a cinch to finish it. I’m extremely proud of it. It’s been awhile since I’ve written something this long. I hope everyone who reads it enjoys it. So much thanks to dromikins (a03) / dromikinsfr (twitter) for beta-ing this fic for me!! It was also Brit-picked by Xanthe and a friend who prefers to stay anonymous! I can’t thank them all enough!
I also wanted to mention that the LGBTQUIA+ community is thriving at Hogwarts. There are queer people across all the houses, and there's no prejudice in the wizarding world regarding it. There are spells and potions being regularly tested by the Ministry of Magic, so anyone can change their presentation. Capitalism unfortunately drives up the cost of more permanent options, which is what led to Snape having muggle top surgery: it was cheaper.
