Summary: When murderous redcaps threaten the future of Hogwarts, a wizard wielding unusual magic is brought in to eliminate them.
A/N: Written for Secret Snarry Swap 21. All characters depicted herein in adult situations may safely be assumed to be over eighteen.
-In researching redcaps I discovered that one of the only ways to kill a redcap is by quoting scripture or brandishing a crucifix – and that immediately combines religious beliefs and witchcraft. Ouch. I have spent weeks mangling this fic in an attempt to not offend anyone – and I know that it is a fool’s errand.
