Bane had been laying low for a few weeks since his unsuccessful robbery attempt. He had been injured by the Batgirl during his escape, and while the physical wound had healed the attack still weighed heavy on Bane's mind. He knew next to nothing about many in the Bat family, and that would not stand.

To this end Bane was currently out scouting the city, looking for any of its heroes hoping to gain new intelligence on them. He scoured the rooftops waiting for one to appear.
