Well I finally finished this - or not. I'm not sure I'm happy with it but I found this particular exercise more difficult than most. Maybe it was trying to write in just 10 words or maybe it was trying to write in uncomfortable styles for the first time. But I'm putting it out there so that I can move on to something else. Feedback welcome!

So this is my first drabble. Part of the ongoing exercise of turning myself into a writer - particularly of Luke/Noah and maybe others as time goes on. I thought I would start with some shorter exercises before attempting the ideas I have for longer fics. I wrote this purposely ignoring which character was which. I did have one in mind for each as I wrote it but it could be Luke/Noah, Noah/Luke, Van/Jake or Jake/Van. Which do you think it is?

Summary: Just a conversation that I think should happen between Luke and Holden very, very soon

So this is my first attempt at a fic for Nuke. Nothing big - just dipping my toe in the water so to speak. This conversation has been floating around in my head for the last 12 hours so I thought I would attempt to put it in writing. Nervously putting it out there in the Luke_Noah comm.

This is also my first attempt at linking to my journal too. I couldn't figure out the cut thing but this might work better for me. Plus I think I need a little help with selecting tags from the comm. I can't figure it out how to do it from the entry page.
