Thank you to everyone who attended the Ministry Holiday Party earlier this week. I hope you all enjoyed your evening, and would like to extend my gratitude once more to all of your hard work over the past year.

And while I'm sure there are plenty of things we could all fight about aside from that, perhaps in the spirit of the holiday it would be best to leave it at this: I truly wish health and happiness to all, in whatever ways one can find it.

Would you like your parents to join us for Christmas dinner, or would you prefer it just be us and Teddy? I figure you would spend the day over there, and I will remain, as I do not wish to make the rest of your family unhappy or uncomfortable.

To whoever keeps sending fruit baskets to my office every day now for the last two weeks: the thought and gifts are ever appreciated but please, please stop.

I've come across some interesting letters recently.

I'm almost flattered that some people seem to think of me so much.

Now, if only all that brainpower and effort were used for something that could help the community instead.
