And before you panic, I've already taken him to Mungo's. Some sort of stomach bug that's been going around. Rest. Fluids. Some anti-emetics. I told him if he feels better soon, he'll get to see you. That cheered him right up.

Not only does every muscle in my body hurt more than I ever thought possible, but I also have the worst hangover of my life.

But was it worth it? Entirely.

Thank you for everyone who came out yesterday or listened on the wireless. Your support meant the actual world to myself and every one of my team mates, AKA the best team mates in the world. Even when they're calling me a Terrifying Quidditch Monster behind my back. Yes, Davis, I can hear you all the time. I'd also like to thank every team we've played this year. You've given us the best season of our lives, and every one of you were fantastic, even if you believe otherwise. The challenges I faced this year I will not soon forget, and the lessons I learned will help make some amazing plays in the future.

I hear you provided excellent security service yesterday. I must thank you for your services. Though you could have just sat in the family box with Benny and my parents, you know.

Everything hurts in my entire fucking body and I kind of need a 4 day nap, but that match was so worth it. Bloody good game, but I have to say the best won at the end of the day.

Every time that fucking train leaves, it feels like my heart is getting ripped out. And yeah, yeah, education important, growing minds, independence, blah blah blah.

Doesn't negate the fact I just watched a piece of my soul cast off for another few months. And Benny won't let me hug him anymore. He said five minutes straight was enough, mom.

I swear to everything that is holy Séba grew like way, way too much in the last 3ish months and her hair is longer and how in the hell am I going to let her go back and WHY DO KIDS GROW UP?

I'm not fucking crying, you're crying.

I was allowed to hold off the shoot for a while, but I couldn't quite manage to do it indefinitely. Apparently, they already have my spot all laid out in Quidditch Monthly and money is money. And while I usually hate these sorts of things, I finally met a stylist and photographer who I appreciated. One who allowed me to be me. Regardless of how others feel about it, I'm proud to show this to my daughter.

Maybe minus the tit grabbing, that is. We can't all be perfect, especially not me. Gin, this one's for you.
