Ruined my last baseball trying to charm it so it'd come back to me after a certain length. Hoping my attempt at apple pie goes better. If the house doesn't catch on fire, I'll consider it a win.

Well, I guess that shows me for opening my big mouth. Authorities coming searching my place and interrogating me before leaving me in their grouchy wake.

And yet, even though Big Brother is probably still watching me, can't say I'm really sorry about anything. Because I didn't do anything other than have opinions. I mean, unless it's illegal to be thinking for yourself or some shit now.

Okay, I need to say this. What the fuck? Civil unrest and Inferi get released?! Have none of you actually engaged with any sort of media involving them? Well if you haven't let me tell you how it ends: badly. For everyone. And in case some of you don't understand why let me elucidate a little further.

These things are worse than any of the soul sucking, hope crushing, fear inducing monsters that are currently being deployed. Why? Because they're basically mindless, have no agenda other than hunt/kill. Werewolves? Man, at least there's a human somewhere in there still. Dementors? Shit, as hard as fuck as that spell is, at least there's one out there that's stupidly effective. Even if there's a way to control all of these fuckers, there's no way that someone can keep that up forever. And what happens when that breaks? What if there are too many to be controlled? This is a never ending cycle that once it gets started, it don't slow down and it don't stop unless we start going back to pyres when it comes to the dead. This is meddling in the unnatural, what is dead should stay the fuck dead. Ghosts notwithstanding, because that's another whole kettle of fish.

So don't go out on the street. Be a good citizen and stay in. Cool story. But what about the homeless? Man, they don't exactly have options and only so much can be done since being kind is a literal crime these days. So we're what? Totally removing ourselves from civility and just straight up eliminating "undesirables"? Know when else that happened? World War Fucking Two, and I'm pretty sure your ancestors had at least heard of that event given that you know, it was a world war and this is an island, that was one of Hitler's favorite targets.

Look, I know this is probably going to get my ass into trouble, but I still had to ask.
