Dementors

I hate when dementors attack,
knocking me flat on my back.
To suck the glee
right out of me,
can't fight out of a wet sack.

Can't take it as dementors near,
filling my heart with great fear.
Anguish and dread
take over my head
and knock me flat onto my rear.

My dementors take several forms.
The wraith creature isn't the norm.
Hurricanes, cancers,
fears with no answers
all worsen the internal storm.

Dementors, a bad part of life,
swooping in to stir up strife.
S'pose I'll go get
a huge load of chocolate.
It cuts them down like a scythe.

(Chocolate can repel them effectively them because I figure a giant Hershey Bar might be my Patronus. Ya, I know not canon. )
