For fanfiction, your story should be submitted in fully post-ready form. That means that we should be able to copy and paste from your document right into an LJ/IJ/DW html posting window without making changes. It is a good idea to test your coding by making a private-locked post before submitting.

Please submit your story in a .doc or .rtf file -- please do not submit .docx or .odt files unless you have no other option. Other acceptable formats are .txt or .pages (for Mac), or as a last resort you can cut & paste the story into the body of the email. It must come complete with all (HTML) coding that you would use for any posting, such as bold, italic, centered. If you are unfamiliar with HTML coding, phoenixacid has posted a Beginner's Guide to HTML Coding.

For drawings and graphics, your finished piece(s) must be supplied as pictures in ".jpg", ".png" or ".gif" formatting. Your art must be in a size and resolution suitable for computer viewing.
