Late this evening and early tomorrow morning Mr Filch can be seen posting the following notice around the school:
School rules regarding respect of faculty, staff, and other students must be followed in all magical journals. Failure to do so will result in detention, loss of House points, and the removal of said journal to Mr Filch's filing cabinet.
