So Thanksgiving. I meant to send out invites last week but school is crazy so that didn't happen. But we're having dinner at 6pm next Thursday if you would like to join us.

The only rules are no drama and come with your appetite.

If you're going to bring someone just let me know so I can make them an appropriate place card. There will be enough food to feed an army.

But Nik's talked to us and assured the truth of it and I think I should probably somehow be nicer to my niece's mother.

Hayley was a werewolf of my acquaintance back in Mystic Falls. Last I knew she'd screwed over Tyler Lockwood which admittidly raised her in my estimation but there was little else I knew of her.

As it turns out, later in my timeline I sleep with her.

In doing so, for whatever reason I don't yet understand she became pregnant.

The result is Hope. I've seen her, held her and I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt, she is mine. If nothing else the proof is in the fact that Hayley is a Hybrid. This was because of Hope.

She'll be looked after, for now she is staying with Marcel, eventually I will find her somewhere to stay.

Elijah Rebekah. No offence but your partners have both used family against me in the past so while they've probably worked out most of it I'd rather them not know the whole story. And don't tell me either of them is incapable of using her, you should both know better.

Crowley and Anna I do not believe would.

And before you ask, yes Caroline and I have spoken about it at great length. The discussion is private and I would ask that none of you decide quizzing us on it is 'helping'

Okay, so it may be a complete, paranoid overreaction and this reminder/warning may be completely out of line, but better safe than sorry, right?

So the girl from the Mystic Falls world, Hayley? She has a baby who...apparently magic miracle child can make hybrids. Meaning somehow this kid rewrote everything we know and now Klaus wouldn't even need the blood of the Petrova line of dopplegangers to vamp/wolf you guys out. He'll lead with the fact that you'd not be forced to turn on the full, no more being tied to the moon. He may leave out the part that you also will have to bend to his will and whims and, while it is possible to break the sire bond, it's damn hard and he'd probably try going out of his way to prevent that from happening.

Now, credit where it's due, Klaus has been different here. Better, believe it or not. But call me paranoid, I think you guys should be prepared and have the knowledge if it comes up.

You know, I think it's saying something that being magically transported to a town in the middle of nowhere doesn't even come close to being the worst part of my day.
