All active Rangers hear a familiar beeping coming from their communicators:

"Attention all Rangers: Emergency assistance is needed as soon as you are able. We have a situation in Dallas that needs immediate relief. The protesting has turned into a full-blown riot. Your mission is to protect the citizens from harming each other and disperse the crowd as quickly as possible. Do not - we repeat - do not use force against any civilians who do not attempt to harm you. Coordinates have been sent to your communicator to teleport you immediately to the scene.
