What, do you do when someone gives you their number? This is not the first time it has happened, but I do not know what they expect me to do. I have not spoken to any of these people. What are they expecting me to do?

The forecast has been saying it'll rain in the next couple days.... I want to apologize in advance if that rain turns to hail or snow around the Willow apartment building. I don't mean to, but sometimes my magic affects it. Especially when it's in the winter months. If it does hail or snow let me know please?
