[After this conversation, and after this is delivered, a little shelf gets nailed to the outside of the silver airstream at the carnival. The skull and horn sit upon it, seemingly unguarded, but really, really bad things happen if anyone actually tries to take the artifacts from their perch. In fact, the air around the trailer becomes oddly warm and thick with the artifacts' arrival.

For non-thieves, the horn and skull are harmless - with one exception: It's hell on hellhounds.]
