Repose

[As the sky lightens and the sun rises, the hallucinogenics in the nametags our hunters wear deteriorate and cease functioning. The town is, once again, just a town. Some hunters find themselves hiding from deluges on dry land, while others learn that the swamp that was dragging them down was merely the local pond. Throughout the town, these scenarios play out to their conclusions. Egg hunters might find themselves dazed for their return home, or they might find themselves confused and alert, standing alongside their partners and the things they feared nowhere to be found.

As for the Tethys scientist that made everything happen, he's long gone and back in the lab with his data, which is plentiful. Town Hall makes a quick announcement with the rise of the sun, insisting law enforcement will get to the bottom of this terrible prank, and informing residents that early medical tests conclude that a chemical was responsible for the evening's events. The drug, they assure residents, is harmless. Residents suffering any lingering effects are encouraged to visit the local hospital.]
