The Golden Neep IC

Looking for volunteers for small Quidditch demo for some kids through C.L.A.M.S. spring programs. Nothing large scale—a few dozen kids—so I only need a few people. The event is tentatively scheduled for early April, with the date to be finalised next week.

Needed:

Quidditch players - 3 people. Current or former professionals. Time commitment is approximately 6 hours, including 1-hour initial meeting, 2-hour rehearsal, and 4-hour event, which is tentatively scheduled for early April. *Note: Slots are not position dependent. Our audience will all be under the age of 11. FILLED for this time!

Administrative - 2 people. Time commitment is approximately 10 hours, including the 4-hour event and another 6 hours of flexible time spent in the weeks leading up to it. FILLED for this time!

Host - 1 person. This person would handle much of the dialogue with the children, including scripted explanations of everything the players are doing, general announcing, etc. Experience in a communications-related profession is preferred, but not required. Time commitment is approximately 6 hours, including 1-hour initial meeting, 2-hour rehearsal, and 4-hour event, which is tentatively scheduled for early April. FILLED for this time!
