It's the new year and big changes are happening all round. The big change for me is that as of Monday, I'll be covering the Scots Referendum and its aftermath for the Prophet and moving on from the Quidditch beat. Thanks to all who welcomed me so warmly into the broadcast booths, the clubhouses, and the locker rooms and medic tents. You were a great and kind help to me and I hope you will be to my successor as well.

Weel, I come home from holiday today to a great pile o owls from every auntie I've got wailin and gnashin about me leavin Scotland. And FOUR o them Howlers, which the state o my heid did no appreciate. A man cannae take a wee bit holiday outwith Scotland anymore wi'out bein accused o fleein the country?


And I dinna even ken Pip Parkinson and I AM NO runnin off wi him (???) although I'm sure he's a braw and bonny lad and his ma's verra proud.
