[LORD] Tyki Mikk
[What stirs him awake this morning is a dull throb in both hands and a ringing headache. Where he is doesn't matter as he slowly sits up, examining the back of his hand before the palm. He remembers... but then he sees Kitty beside him, and its like the two sets of memories impossibly happened at once. He was here all night, but he was just somewhere else entirely. Or so it feels.

Apocryphos... The boy. Road.

Eyes narrowing, he slides his legs over the side of the bed and massages his temple.]

[ When the video entry starts, there's a girl who is staring right into it with a look of mixed curiosity and confusion. Having gone through her welcome message she had a basic understanding of what sort of predicament she was in, but clearly this device was strange to her. She tapped the device lightly as if to see what would happen.

Then, with a very faint sigh, she shifts a bit to sit more comfortably. It was off screen but the sound of the chain at her ankle rattled in the process. ]

I don't remember just how it is I arrived here. The last thing I recall was being outside at home. But now...

[ There was a pause while she brushed loose strands of blue hair away from her face. ]

It had spoke of imprisonment; Of being brought here to pay for one's crimes.

[ A very faint tone of amusement could be detected in her tone, but it lacked humor. Her manner of speaking was different that what was to be expected of someone of her apparent age. ] I suppose it isn't something to be surprised about. While I don't understand how this all came to be I can't say I am undeserving of being held accountable for my actions.

[Oh hey, there's an unfamiliar face on video. He's just finish viewing his welcome message and now the boy seems a bit...disorient.

Gareki is wandering around in Sector 2, and he seems to have taken a particular interest in the bots roaming around. Well, actually, he doesn't bother to hide his fascination with them. Every time one passes, that's where his attention is turning towards.]

So when I was told I was going to be sent to prison... I was expecting something different. I expected a dirty, gloomier looking place....

[There's not much else he can think of saying right now. So drop him a greeting and make him feel at ease with his new...er... "home"?

And if anybody happens to be in Sector 2, you can find him bot stalking. Because Gareki has nothing better to do than follow them around.]

[The video begins with a view of-- feet. Chained, bare feet with strange white lines marring the darkness of the skin. Until the camera tips back, shifts, to show a lithe man, hunched and long-eared and positively scowling at his surrounding and muttering angrily to himself.]

I will personally dissect the blighted mage responsible for this. I was unaware even the strongest of magisters could conjure such elaborate illusions, but I do not underestimate their ability to trick and deceive. But for what purpose.

[He does not kick over the welcome basket, tempted as he is, but neither does he pay it or the helpful brochure any attention. He simply glares at it then the communicator, which he found when he woke but couldn't really make sense of the script. A magical item, no doubt, and he will have nothing to do with it.]

Slavers. They become craftier the more I slay them.

[He's grumbling, completely unaware of what a recording device even is, much less that other people can see him despite being alone for now. He tries to phase through the chain, voice lowering and just barely desperate.]

Danarius is dead. He is dead. He cannot--

[ooc | If you decide to go with action, Fenris will try and attempt to phase his fist through your chest!!!]

[ Have a peculiar looking boy with an extremely long nose looking very, very concerned into the video feed... This does not bode well. ]

O-Oi! Oi!

This is a joke, right? Prison? What mistakes is this thing talking about? And I've never heard of any "Eloquis Ocean." We're still on the Grand Line, right? Right?

Oi, Luffy! Luuuuffy! Chopper! Zoro! Sanji? Robin? Nami? They didn't get you guys, did they? I can't be here alone...

I-I mean! Not that this is anything that The Great Captain Usopp couldn't handle! I've busted out of twenty prisons just like these - even further under the sea! And I swam back to the surface, with my hands tied! I'd just rather not have to do it again - it's a waste of my time, you know!

Oh, god, am I really the only one here? Guys? I'm getting a bout of my I-Don't-Want-To-Be-In-Prison disease...

Peter Parker - friendly neighborhood Spider-Man
[Okay, so he’s breaking out the Spidey-voice.] A welcome basket… it’s so… welcomey, thanks.

… Okay, so. I guess this where I’m supposed to cut to the chase and throw out the big names, and hope someone I know’s here. But the crowd I tend to tangle with happens to consist entirely of super villains and general baddies. I guess that says a lot about my social life. And I know I should hope that they’re here, being prison and all, but… This place is way too nice. I don’t want to imagine Kraven kicking back at the beach. I prefer thinking of him in his gulag. Safe and sound, and away from everyone else.

[…]

… Ugh, how did this happen. I bet the X-Men don’t get thrown in jail.

[A video post engages and all that is immediately visible is Roy's face - and he looks somewhere between disgruntled and slightly amused, his red hair tousled and a little dirty, a wry smirk at the corner of his mouth.]

Okay, I get it. Roy's a jailbird. Again. Thanks universe, that's really funny.

[He sighs and shakes his head a little.]

I know the basic drill about jail and all, and I got the gist of the rules from the pamphlet and stuff. This place is even one heck of a lot better than the last hole I was in, but I still got a few questions. For example, official rules are one thing. What about the unofficial ones? Anyone want to fill me in on the taboos and all that before I run into them the hard way? Knowing my luck, first thing I'd do is piss off the resident big bad and get my butt beaten in again.

Anyone want to help a guy out?

[A pause, and he looks a bit rueful.]

And uh, yeah, as a side note, I know this is pretty freaking unlikely considering where I am and probably why, but are there any ways I could get a call to the outside world? Or home or whatever? I mean, it's not like I'm in a third world country this time, don't I get a phone call?

[ Panic has long passed into curiosity for Kaylee and her new predicament. Sure she's been kidnapped, but: ]

This Acumen feller said something about a beach. With-- real sand and all? Don't think my heart could take it, bein' kidnapped and then lied to about a beach.

[ And curiouser... ]

Hope it's all right I don't have a swimming outfit...

[ Inmates of Marina, the dude in this video feed--the one with the long blond hair and circular glasses sitting halfway down his nose--does not look pleased. Not pleased at all. ]

Ritsuka. You're here, aren't you?

[ and then--and this part hurts, it's embarrassing, because he should just know, but their bond isn't quite strong enough for that yet-- ]

Tell me where to find you.

[ He doesn't seem too concerned with anyone or anything else, but the post is public. He hasn't taken the time to learn how to filter yet; there are far more important matters at hand. ]

[ ooc; action is only open to Ritsuka, but video is for everyone! ]
