[The message starts with a curse, 'n shot of someone's combat boots. The recordin' thingy quickly turned, 'face appearin'- covered in dried blood 'n dirt 'n who knows goram what else.]

Huh, this thin' workin'? Looks workin'.

[He turns away, shouts at someone out of shot, but it looks like he's in one of the bases used by Commander Shepard's soldiers. He turns back, laughin' at somethin', 'n with a bottle of something in his free hand. He swallows most of it before speakin' again.]

So we won your war, right? All done! I ain't gettin' paid for none of this so you get me back to Ser'nity 'n that'll be it.

[The explosion is kinda bigger than he expected, sorta more... dangerous than he was thinkin'. All the glass from the windows is smashin' on the floor 'n there's more smoke, but that's real good. Means the bastards shootin' at him can't see. Also mean he ain't sure where he's goin' either, but he's skirtin' the walls 'n so far that's workin', shootin' at whatever shapes loom out of the smoke at him.

He ain't on Serenity, he knows that. Ain't sure where he is, but from what he saw before he got shot at 'n let off half his grenades at once, this is Alliance. No one else builds gos se this big.

Alliance. He aint' rememberin' how he got here. He don't know where Serenity is. There's shootin'. This shit is bad.

That's when he feels somethin' give in the wall behind him. A door. He kicks it, 'n ducks in. Ain't much here, just cabinets of paper against the walls but there's a window, big enough to get through, 'n there's voices behind him, he ain't got much choice. He runs for it, shooting behind him to keep 'em off his back, 'n finds himself in an alley.

He ain't sure where to go, but from the angry noises inside. Out here ain't lookin' so much better, the forebodin' lookin' sky 'n all. He swallows, tryin' to work out whats goin on]

Ni ta ma de. Mal? Zoe?

But they ain't here Jayne ain't hangin' around any longer. He picks a direction, 'n runs.]

[OOC; if your character is anywhere near the station and has heard the explosion, or involved fighting somewhere close, feel free to poke him or have Jayne wander into the battle :) ]
