Nightmare! Accidental video

( Nightmare narrative below )

Mami-san...! [The girl suddenly appeared on the screen--It seems her arm has hit her phone and turned it on while she was sleeping.

She tosses and turns a couple of times, whimpers escaping her lips and her eyes clenching tight.

A couple of tears spill.]

No...please...Mami-san...NO! [She suddenly sits bolt upright. She's breathing hard and she looks around.

Her face suddenly scrunches up and she buries her face in her hands as she begins to sob quietly.

After a couple of minutes, she realizes the phone is streaming video. She reaches over with a sniffle to turn it off.]

[The video feed shows a younger girl, 14 years old, with pink hair tied up in pigtails with red ribbons. She seems quite confused and distracted as she begins to speak in a meek voice.]

U-Um, excuse me! I’m not really sure what’s going on here but--!

[She is actually more frightened than she is letting on, but she tries to maintain a brave face. She is a magical girl after all. She is supposed to represent hope for everyone!...but it was difficult to do that when she realized that she couldn’t use any of her powers at all. It left her feeling more vulnerable, more helpless than before she contracted. She didn’t like it.

She stopped, took a deep breath and calmed herself, voice a little more steady than before.]

My name is Madoka Kaname. I was hoping someone here could please explain what’s going on around here a little more clearly for me. Thank you!
