Doc Watson confirmed it. I was wondering though, as brilliant and genius as he is, is there anyone around with experience in pregnancy and childbirth? Just to help him out.

It's still so odd to see all the markets here preparing for an American holiday. So much of the city continues to look as much like London as the real one, even though I know there are people from so many worlds within it.

It's still so odd to think that I could walk to the edge of London, though it isn't entirely London, and find a completely different view or climate than was there last week, but it's the reality of this place.

It would help if there was a way to put in a request. If there was, I'd request a warm beach.

Yesterday may have been the best birthday I've had yet because I had my boys here with me for it and I'm alive to see twenty-two.

James and I want to thank everyone who was so kind to Harry yesterday. I believe it made his arrival here less frightening than it might have otherwise been, so we can't tell you how much we appreciate that.

There is one thing we'd like to ask of all of you. I understand that accidents can happen, and James and I certainly don't expect that we can avoid this very long, but for now we'd like it if the subject of the books and other things about Harry's life and our world aren't brought up with him. It's quite a bit for an adult to take in, let alone an eleven year old, and we'd prefer to give him a chance to adjust to this world, and us being alive, before dealing with that aspect.

We thought they might have been taken off to another place as we and others have been. To my knowledge, one's journal usually comes along, but their journals are both still here.

Have any of you experienced, or heard of others experiencing, a separation from the journals, even a brief one?

HOME. We're home. I know this may not last for forever, but I know where I am now, and it's near Hogsmeade. Is anyone else here too?

There is most certainly something enormous living in the lake, the large one that's a bit away from the northern - I think it's north? - side of New New York?

I can't tell if it's the Giant Squid or something else entirely.

How are you doing?

I do not like it here, and I wish to return to my own place and time. I have things to do.

On a more positive note, I have, after much exhausting searching, found London. Or...well, it's like London at any rate. But our house is here! So I have somewhere to live, even though it's all very dusty for some reason.

All right, so I sort of walked until I found a city, which I am informed is called "L.A." or "Los Angeles," neither of which mean anything to me. I don't think I'm going to stay for very long. My tribe only has a few hundred people in it, most tribes do and we don't see much of the others, and it's sort of unsettling to be in a hive of activity. I have trauma, okay? The last time I was in a place this full of life was very upsetting and some dragons got eaten.

No dragons so far, by the way, anywhere. I don't like that.

So yes. I'm staying here a little longer while people explain all of this to me, and then I'm going to go find a nice, quiet village and stay there until I can figure out how to get home, or else how to bring the entire island and all its inhabits here. Is that selfish, wanting all of them to be here? I mean, this place is nuts, but it's not bad. I just don't want to be somehow alone and surrounded by crowds at the same time.

Also. Is there anyone in L.A. who can help me? I sort of fell in a pond (please don't ask) and my leg's getting all rusty, and I don't know where to find something to fix it, or even what I should be asking for. I know what I'd call it, but there's all sorts of different technology here and there might be something better. Also, I am having some pretty severe communication issues. Not that I don't speak In-glish - I mean, we call it something different, but somehow my words sound a lot like most people's words, I am going to chalk it up to very lucky - but apparently my accent is weird? Or something? People keep looking at me funny and I have resorted to wild hand gestures and saying "No, I want the thing with the thing!" And they're all "what, this thing?" and I'm like "How can dragons understand me better than you can? No, that thing!"

Of course, writing at them in this thing would work perfectly, but I don't exactly want the whole world seeing one-half of my conversations with shopkeepers. It's bad enough that everyone at home thinks I'm weird.

Some dream.

I thinks someone's trying to play a joke on me and for once I don't think it's very funny. If I had to make a wager I'd say that I know who the culprit is, and I'd also guess something went very very wrong, so let me just lay it out right here:

Padfoot, you win, whatever trick it was you were trying to play on me. Put me back in the cottage and you can show me whatever potion or charm you used, and I'll tell you where you went wrong.

I don't entirely understand what just happened, so I'd like to speak to someone who can tell me what is going on.
