You Are HERE

Bobby is near the stables making snow angels.

Not the kind where you lay down in a pile of snow and move your arms and legs, but three dimensional angels. They have a basic structure of ice, and he is covering them with snow, and working on putting detail on them.

His tongue is sticking out as he concentrates on getting the feathers on the wings right.

Billy was bouncy.

Billy was wandering.

Billy was bored. Can ya tell?

Billy was wandering in and out of the Residence, smiling with his happiness in his eyes. He was spending time with the woman he loved, in an interesting place, and even pondering working there.

It was kind of nice. He missed his friends, and missed being ahero back hoem sometimes, but it was pretty good.

He smiled and bounced.

A good day.

For a dorky teen aged kid, Bobby has managed to set up quite an interesting array of stuff for the party (with the help of Residence staff members).

Bobby, after having a word with the day manager dude, puts a big (obviously hand made) sign up on the easel in the lobby that reads:

LAKE PARTY!

COME OUT TO THE LAKE TOMORROW FOR AN AWESOME
PARTY WITH MUSIC, FOOD, DRINKS, ICE BOATS (FOR RACES),
AND FUN! SERIOUSLY! YOU SHOULD COME! IT'LL BE FUN!

Of course, he didn't sign the thing or give any contact info. Why bother? It's a party, and people should just show up and hang out! right?

That done, he goes to hunt up the stuff he needs.

Bobby had thought he was going to go INSANE when he'd been locked in his room for two days. he's turned the entire room into the an ice cave for both entertainment, and to kill any germs floating around in his room. He'd scrubbed with the soap, washed his hair and rinsed his mouth with the stuff the maid had dropped off.

Now that the everything seemed to be in the clear, Bobby was out on the golf course, riding giant blocks of ice in the shape of a go-kart down the hills on the greens.


"Vroooooooooooooom!"

Bobby is sitting on the grass in front of the residence in his ice form, making it snow around him. Not a lot was sticking to the ground at first, but he turns down the temperature a notch or two, and soon he is sitting in a nice circle of white.

Bobby is laying on a large block of ice in his swimsuit, next to the lake. He's remembered his sun block, and is simply thinking about how weird it is to have people working around Here. There's some old guy on a riding lawn mower working his way along the edge of the golf course in the the distance, and a middle aged woman mucking out stalls in the stable.

Still, things are pretty peaceful, and while he was thrown off balance by the changes at first, there doesn't seem to be anything sinister going on.

Maybe he'll see if he can find anyone to ride ice blocks down a hill with him, later.

Bobby is sitting on the roof,eating a popcicle and looking for victims people down below to throw snowballs at. They won't be expecting that on a day as hot as today....

It's hot outside, today. Bobby isn't fond of hot weather, but doesn't let that stop him from spending time outdoors.

He's got a nice little set up by the lake, with a lounger made out of ice, and nice shade canopy made of the same (he burns easily, you know). All of that ice is serving to keep the shaded area pleasantly cool, though not frigid.

Not far away along the shore, there is a large spiral ice slide the will dump anyone brave enough to use it into the lake. He's used it a few times, already.

What: Lucas and Layla's reception, night, Saturday.
Who: Invitations were given out to many residents of Here, mainly OTA (OOC notes-No Tags from The Bunny AKA Mister Bunny, please and thank you kindly.)
Where:: Set on the golf course of Here, Wedding and reception. Under an arch of 13 cherry blossom trees. Reception held under a tent set up by Ms. Ginny Weasley.
Why:: Lucas and Layla want to finally set in stone their wedding nuptials with their friends and family like members of Here.
Summary: Wedding and Reception of Lucas Scott and Layla Williams-Scott, R for language tops.
Status: Incomplete.

(OOC notes: OK, I fretted on how to do this, so what I plan to do is to create a photo-album for the dress, an idea of what the wedding and then the reception is to look like. I will explain in as much detail as possible what everything will look like. The albums, I hope, will cut down on image overload. I will lay everything out as far as who is doing what, with who and where. I will do my best to separate the post into the bride and groom with wedding party and pastor. Then the next section can be set up as the guests reactions to the event. A separate post will be made for the reception. It will be more free for all, I will try an assimilate some type of order to it. What I think might work best is to have the wedding party separate, then each member invited to the wedding gets to post a blurb as a reaction to the wedding. Then I will make another post for them walking down the aisle to the end and people then can each post another reactionary blurb. the reception will be more thread like. This way things don't get clogged. I will add a string from each person Lucas gave out an invite too, then a blank section for those coming with a guest as a date or who didn't get an invite handed to them, but picked them up from the lobby. You can add your own names, also please add your own tags as you join, so we get an actual account of who showed and not a wrong account based on misinformation. Below I will list all the people involved in the wedding and reception events, their song, who is giving speeches, special dances, etc. Each will have their own string at the top. The free for all type threads can happen after all those threads happen. I figure we can attack each section as people join, but there will be a placeholder there for that specific thread to happen. What the hell? Bobby is dressed in thick layers of shirts, sweaters and a jacket, and is STILL cold. This SUCKS!

He is outside trying to feel something of his power, but it's just not there.

He can't remember actually feeling cold since his powers first started manifesting, and now he's wondering if this is how normal people feel all the time.

The scowl on his face might give away his opinion of losing his powers. Still, the meteor shower is pretty cool.

He probably doesn't even realise he's making his own sound effects as they shoot across the sky.

"Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!"

Palpatine blinked as he looked up...well, what had been his desk in his Senatorial quarters on Coruscant. He looked around slowly, blinked, and looked again. He was sitting on a chair... in something very like one of those Merchant Hotel things that some of the Trade Federation representatives built everywhere.

"What--?"

He looked down at his hands and gaped for a moment as the puzzle he had been clutching, just completed, vanished. How>? A transport program, hidden? He had been abducted!

He peered around, shivering in his robes as he glanced through the strange place.

"Where am I?"

He was angry, but nothing of i showed in his voice or eyes, or his stance.Instead he appeared harmless, seemed harmless, sounded harmless. He was the very picture of a confused middle aged man.

Bobby was outside well after midnight, grinning like an idiot as he made dozens of snowmen. All of them were surrounding the Residence, facing the building like a big snowman army. He wondered if he should go down to the Boutique to get hats and scarves for them all. He COULD just make them out of ice, he supposes.

He stands back to admire his handiwork before moving onto the next. Each one only took seconds to make with his power, but if he wanted to make any kind of detail in their facial expressions, it took a bit longer.

Bobby has been keeping busy since he arrived Here. He'd actually managed to get a call through to the school yesterday, and had gotten the machine. He'd left as accurate a message as he could, and could only hope that they took it seriously...they didn't always take him seriously.

Today his mood is better; at least he'd accomplished something to give him some hope of being rescued from this place.

Now he is outside by the pool, having just swum laps. Sure, he'd had to move the ice out of the pool to swim--but what good were mutant powers if you couldn't use them to your advantage? He's laying on a towel letting the the breeze dry him off.

Bobby has been busy! Anyone who ventures out by the snow-covered golf course will see a very large bowl of ice, with steps made of ice leading up to the top. They might also see Bobby riding a sledding saucer in the bowl as if it were a skateboard, having the time of his life.

Sure it's dangerous! That's part of the fun!

Bobby can't get over this place...one big resort-like area in the middle of nowhere, and not much else beyond.

Still, there were video games, little rooms just for watching movies, lots of great food, and a huge suite all to himself.

Currently he was outside in jeans and a t-shirt, sitting on the diving board over the nearly-frozen pool. He doesn't think anyone is around, so he is idly making little ice shapes on the surface of the water to amuse himself.

He looks around at what looks like a posh hotel lobby. Maybe someone redecorated the mansion while he was gone?

"This is isn't the coffee shop! What the heck just happened? Professor? Jean? Hank?"
