I'm not normally one to freak out. I know that after we cream Ravenclaw this weekend, I'll be in a better frame of mind. That being said... my try-outs for the Fitchburg Finches up in Massachuetts are coming up in less than three weeks. I AM freaking out a tiny bit. This is my life's dream, my dream career... all I've thought about for my future. They only have two openings for Chasers. I have to nail this try-out.

I'm so nervous that I've actually gotten myself sick over it a few times. Ugh. Okay. Off to breakfast.

I don't drink tea all that much, but I've developed a certain appreciation for it as of late. I've been venturing some weird combinations, and so far so good. Watermelon Mint Chiller White is my current favourite, but I've just started expanding my tea leaf horizons.

I would not crawl that far down on the social ladder for romantic prospects. I mean look at me as if scraping the bottom of the barrel would be necessary.

That being said if anyone repeats the false rumors about Skye, Bucky and Rogers around me I will be most displeased.

Well this is a terrible beginning to the week if I do say so. Apparently Bucky is a drug addict, Skye is after Bucky's retriever puff and said Puff is abusing our Bucky. Learning new things every day apparently.

If I was prone to violence I would be so inclined to indulge now. For the record, I do not believe anything about the both of you. I know drug addicts when I see them, Bucky is not one, Skye is too busy squealing over Steve and Bucky to make any sort of romantic overtures and Steve Rogers is not capable of abusing anyone.

Well shit

Students, as you can imagine, a magical creatures class that is taught both inside and in a non-magic environment is a less than exciting class. However, it's what we have to work with. We will not be able to have a live model in the classroom so in an attempt to keep you all awake, we're going to be studying more dangerous creatures.

Thank you to students who have expressed their concerns for the various creatures. They have been moved to locations outside of the non-magic zone, which means that students will definitely and 10000% not be permitted to visit. The fire lizards, for those who are asking, are fine.

Well, students, I'm not entirely sure what's going on but let's not see this as a loss of magical ability but a gain of an opportunity! It's so rare for us as magic users, especially those of us that live in the magical world full time, to get an opportunity to experience the non-magical side of things. Relish this chance to learn something new about this world that we live in!

My class will be unaffected and will go on, as planned, for all levels. An integral part of defending against the Dark Arts is knowing how to defend. Please wear comfortable clothes you can move around in, and if you have any medical conditions that would prevent you from some light exercise, or previous injuries that might be aggravated by moving around, please let me know.

Being a champion is pretty great. I'm really proud of my team. You all did super amazing. Now we just need to be ready to take down ravenclaw and Hufflepuff! We can do it!

You know what I don't miss about not having TV at this time? Christmas movies. Seriously. It's only a matter of time before all the cheesy Christmas movies drive everyone mad. Especially when it's coupled with far too long listening to Christmas music.

It's enough to make someone homicidal. The minute Halloween goes past it's, "CHRISTMAAAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSSSS". We get it. You loooove Christmas, but SWEET BABY JESUS ON A STICK, can we not?
