Touma Kamijou
[Touma turns on the communicator and stares into the screen with a blank and tired expression, catching himself mid-sentence.] --some kind of TV?

Huh, it's on.  [Yawning widely, he scratches his head with his right hand, then stares at his arm in disbelief. Wasn't it beat up the last time he woke up? There aren't even any bandages on it, and no sling. To himself:] That's weird... how long have I been out?

[Then, panic!] Oh damn! I'm going to have so much work to make up... Miss Komoe is going to end me! [With a defeated sigh, he flops back into the pillows, covering his eyes with an arm.] Such misfortune...

[The communicator turns on with a face full of black cat and Al laughs, pulling Tama away.] Tama, don't eat the communicator! [He smiles, picking his kitty up and rubbing noses with her.

It's been a week since Al has looked like this. Eyes bright, a big smile on his face. He looks happy. More like the old Al, before Ed vanished and the issue with Envy started.

He smiles at the video.] Thank you for taking care of Tama for me, Fletcher!

[Tama meows and bats a paw at his nose playfully.

Al laughs and hugs her close.] I missed you too! Come on, let's play some more. [He picks up the small golfball-sized toy he has by his side and rolls it along the ground, watching the kitten go tearing off after it.]

[A young girl, with a very bored expression, stares into the communicator screen.]

I'll try not to ask too many questions, as many of them were answered in this pamphlet. I'm certain that the questions of 'how' and 'why' have been asked far too often by the confused and sheep-like. It doesn't really matter 'why', because it's already happened.

Neither will I demand to see this Acumen, because I doubt he - or she - will be likely to accept an appeal, though a sensible justice system should have one.

No, what I'll ask of you is simply this: where can I find a pair of knitting needles?

Ribbons Almark
[The occupant of one of the rooms in the hospital's first floor lay still, breathing even. He was sleeping -- that as much was certain. But the hair of a movement of his eyelids and the slight crease on his brow will say that he was dreaming. He was conscious, but so very tired, that the idea of opening his eyes and getting up was a struggle. By this time, the patient has been hooked to monitors and drips as he was unable to eat in his condition.

His twin sat by his bead, behaved -- as far as 'behaved' goes for Hiling Care -- but she was nonetheless alert. There were certain people she did not want to see while Ribbons was recovering.]

Reiichirou Shiba
Ah, ah, ah. Now when a supervisor tells you to go and find a certain person, he should remember to, maybe, warn the employee about these kinds of things, right? Not that I'm complaining. It makes things all the more...interesting. [ He chuckles at the thought.]

Anyway, how do these things usually go? Hi, I'm Reiichirou Shiba and I'm eighteen years old. I'm a student at Haichan High. Please take care of me~

[ Let's have Shiba at a random place somewhere with that pesky ball and chain wrapped around his ankle. Okay fine. He's in the park. sob I'm lazy ]

Tharaman-Thar
[Probably the first thing that comes across the communicators is a roar of anger and confusion. The communicator is knocked off the Snow Leopard's head and goes rolling across the ground before being stopped by a giant paw. The device records what appears to be some kind of animal sniffing at it suspiciously before leaving it alone.

Another roar echoes, before very clear, apparently totally human speech can be heard]
Bellorum! If this is another one of your tricks, it will not hold me.

[For now though, Tharaman settles near the basket that he'd found, looking through it. Perhaps it had some inkling of what this place was...]

((He will reply to voice/video replies, but he probably won't trust the comm much l3

Oh! And without the comm, he only understands English *nods*))

Link
[After much messing around with the communicator, there is eventually a light flashing at him. Link's not too sure what that means, but after a moment he figures out that that means the device is on]

Is this really a communication device...? [A little in awe, a little suspicious. It's a little advanced, he's not used to these kinds of things. Can hear people talking though, so maybe it is]

Has anyone seen- [No wait, people couldn't usually see Zelda] Has anyone seen a tall suit of armour around? Kind of pink in colour, and talks? [Yeah, he knows it sounds weird] I don't know why she'd be here though... [Sigh]

Zelda I hope you're safe...

Johnny Rayflo
[It's not even noon, and there is some loud noises echoing around the block in the residential area of Sector 4. Not so loud as to bother the entire neighborhood, but enough to cause a disturbance for someone walking by or who is already awake.

These are the sounds of construction. Machines and motors. Someone walking by may see or two women dressed as maids with carry bags of cement, tiles, and tools.]

Make sure the one end is twelve feet deep, girls, four on the other.

[Someone who knows the neighborhood may realize whose house the noise is originating from.

Please feel free to call Rayflo and complain, but you probably won't kill his good mood. He's getting a swimming pool in his backyard after all.]

[ The video flicks on to show a literally devilish woman, wrapped in a dark red dress that reveals a little too much on one side of her. ] ---Hm? Oh - hello? Yes, I think there's some kind of mistake here. I’m totally innocent. I didn’t do any of these crimes. [ a sigh ] How could you be so mean to me? I didn’t even get a trial, or whatever you call it… [ She speaks lazily, like she doesn't even believe herself. ]

I need to go home, I’m busy, see? I’m participating in a game and I was in the middle of an important part of it. If I don’t do my job, everything could go wrong. [Says this a bit more seriously, although there's still that childish smirk on her face.]

…Thank you! Now where is the exit?

[Kiyokazu is at the dolphin observation deck in Sector 4. He does not look pleased as he turns on the video.]

A prison...underneath the ocean. What kind of joke is this? Tch, what a lousy sense of humor.

Besides which...incarcerating people without trial for a crime they might someday commit sounds like the plot of a bad sci-fi novel. There's no court of law in the world who'd uphold such nonsense.

[Really, really not pleased.]

[ there's a sudden cacophony of noise in his ear, voices talking over and around each other; it is like listening in on the Druids and yet...not. There are words, too, hovering before his eyes, forcing him to blink and focus on the message. ]

What? [ he chokes out (unknowingly over the network), reaching up to grab at the message that has suddenly turned his blood to ice and made the fine hairs prickle on his neck. A slight tug at his ear and the message falls away, along with the chatter, and he's holding a very strangle little object in his hand. What if someone else saw, what if... ]

I...uh, don't think we're in Camelot any more, Arthur. [ turns as casually as he can to look at Arthur...aaand then keeps turning, searching the vacant area behind him for a sign of the overbearing Prince, who'd been right there just moments ago... There is no one else around, though, just a basket of strange goods sitting on the ground near his feet, and what looks like a heavy metal ball attached to a shackle about his ankle. If this was imprisonment, it was like nothing he'd ever heard of in Camelot, let alone the rest of Albion. Had he messed up a spell and sent himself further? The view is certainly quite unlike anything he has ever seen before. Buildings and streets, surely too smoothly perfect to be made by anything other than magic, and a sky that curves rather alarmingly overhead. ]

[ he's not yet panicking...not really, and calls out, more confidently than he feels: ] Hello? Is there anyone else here? [ looks down at the strange thing gripped in his hand, frowning. Was it really some sort of strange new magic? A...dream? ]

[ OOC: Communicator is not being worn (though it's probably still turned on), so he can understand you only if you speak English. Someone come and help the poor medieval guy learn about technology!

Like wow! It looks like there's so many new people here!

Hi, everyone! I hope you've looked through the pamphlet in your welcome basket. It answers a lot of like questions about this place on how you like got here and stuff.

I'm Kitty. It's nice to meet all of you!

“Haha… prison, really? That’s crap. I wonder if I can appeal for execution instead?” [Hidan has just managed to regain his bearings after being torn from his world, listening to the welcome message, and rifling through his welcome basket; after briefly glancing over the brochure, he immediately ripped it to shreds with his teeth.]

[Hidan sits on a bench in a garden of Sector 4, fiddling frantically with the communicator in his hands.] “How do you work this piece of shit?” [-finally succeeds in unintentionally turning on the video function of the device, and raises one eyebrow upon ascertaining that it’s working.] “Hey, what the fuck is this? I mean- don’t answer that. Shit.” [smooths his shoulder-length silver hair back with one hand - he has a basic idea of his situation by this point.] “How unfair… I’m going to kill every person here…” [mutters darkly, quietly, too inarticulately to be heard clearly; doesn’t honestly think such a feat possible and was merely trying to comfort himself. He stares despondently at the ball and chain restraining him from moving as well as he’d have liked.] “Damn, this thing is heavy…”

[Fiddles through his welcome basket, not even considering the possibility that it might be poisoned (he couldn't die from such a thing anyway); withdraws the pretzels and starts munching on them.] “This is supposed to be a prison?” [asks to himself, having apparently either forgotten about leaving the communicator on or deemed it unimportant. He chuckles inaudibly but obviously manically.] “How fuckin’ hypocritical! Welcome baskets, swimming pools, a movie theater? Gyah ha- do you really think criminals deserve such nice things? Why don’t you just kill ‘em all!?” [shouts hysterically to nobody in particular and for some reason as if he wasn’t included in the “criminal” category.]

[OoC: Anyone who wants to jump in, can! I'm still getting used to this...]

[When Kaien turns the video on, he looks rather confused. He isn't sure if he got it on correctly, but when he hears his own voice playing back to him, he's sure that he got it.]

So this is a jail...? [He was holding the welcoming basket in hand.] So there are other people here as well...right? [He starts walking forward, dragging his restraints with him. He looks around]

Is there someone who can help me...? [Despite having read all the information on the brochure he recieved, the hunter still looked a little confused about the entire thing]

God-Emperor Fou-Lu
[Propped into a sitting position in his bed, Fou-Lu rests, recovers, and thinks. Colorfully bruised and bandaged as he is, he's still much better off than yesterday. Between cure spells, his divine regeneration, and a difficult night's sleep, he looks only miserable rather than death warmed over--and given the wounds and blood loss he sustained, were he not Endless, he certainly would have been killed several times over.]

[The bulk of the morning had been spent staring out the window, trying to decide how best to discuss yesterday's events with... anyone, really. Between the slumber party and those who avoided going outside thanks to the monster threat, he has a far smaller pool of people to be diplomatic with than he likely would otherwise. Rumors will certainly spread, and if he earns a reputation as a murderer, so be it--that basic title is nothing more than fact, and he doesn't especially care if people fear him. But Xellos had to die, whether or not they ever comprehend the reasons why.]

[Open Voice]

I offer mine apologies to those whom encountered the battle last night, especially if thou sustained injuries due to it. It is my sincere hope that such a scene need not be repeated in the future.

Ye of the Defense Force, and the bystanders--if any has a wish to speak with me, I welcome it.

[Filtered to Minako, Amaterasu, Zelda, Lacus, and Ryu.]

I am in thy debt. Shouldst thou ever require my aid, simply ask it.

[Filtered to Ashton and Jennifer.]

I've retrieved their remains.

((OOC: The Xellos fight log is still in progress because Lena is sick and will be out for the next several days, but since we already know how it will end (with a big dragon, character death, and the retrieval of Gyoro/Ururun's remains), I'm hoping we can handwave the precise blow-by-blow details for now? ♥ Action is immediately open to his housemates, but he won't turn away anyone coming by with flowers/candy/questions/counts of assault.))

[When the video flicks on, there is a young lady with dark hair and a confused look on her face.]

Is this working? I hope so...

Um...I don't really know why I've been brought here, but...has anyone seen Gene and Jim around? Or the Outlaw Star? I need to get back. ... What is this thing around my ankle?

[Let's see, is there anything else...Oh.] ... Thank you for listening, by the way.

[That's what you say, right?]
