Right then, I have a Saturday off and I'm not sure what to do with it. And then Toby muddles along and decides I'm doing nothing laying across me. I don't think he realizes he's not quite a pup anymore and he's too bloody heavy for this.

I must say, it seems as though there are a lot of upcoming events and chances to meet new people. It's quite nice. I've enjoyed the conversations I've had with people and I hope to have more in the future. Maybe I'll even have more friends than I did back home.

So Saturday there will be a baby shower for Tahiri and the tiny twins she's carrying. It'll be at 2 and I'll let you know where as soon as I figure that out. But yay baby shower?

I think once the baby is born, I'm going to finally get a cat. Maybe a kitten so they can grow up together. Or is that just really weird?

Either way, I've wanted one for years and it's about time I did.

I'm not quite sure what to do with myself here. I have a place to stay and I'm grateful for that. But I think I'm going to need something to do here. Back home I'm a Specialist Registrar and I do love my job very much. It's something I'm quite good at. I think when I'm a little more acclimated I'd like to go back to doing that. Can anyone help?

I know we don't know each other very well, or rather I don't know you very well, at any rate. But I was wondering if you could do me a favour. What was I like when I was here last time? I mean, what did I do here? Who was I friends with? I started to go through the boards but there's so much to learn and I don't know where to start.

So a lovely young woman named Alexis found me and told me quite a bit. I'm not sure how much of it I believe, but she directed me here to learn more and introduce myself. My name is Molly. Molly Hooper, to be exact. I suppose the first thing I should ask is whether someone can explain things to me again so I can make sure I understood it correctly. And the second is probably where I can stay for the night since I got the feeling it would be very strange if I tried to go home.

My friends are all probably worrying and I can't reach them.

I wonder if Sherlock would actually look for me. I hope he does. I hope I really am important to him.

How often does it happen? That people's lives take the same courses here that they should have back home? I don't want anything to happen to

I've made an observation I want to bring up.

You all  have an ability to heal if you can see this, in one way or another.

But I've seen it before over millenia. Those with powers, hounded, begged, There was a carpenter once...got a bit famous that way

My father made the world as it was intended, those of a medical mind, honed their skill, trained. The healing magic we have is a blessing however it was gifted but it should not be overused. Not because we can't but because we should not.

Because if everyone knows its there, its a failsafe, they get reckless, they assume nothing can touch them because a wave of a hand and they're healthy. Then they go too far and not all the magic in any world can save them.

Mortality is a gift in itself. One I had to give up on. Twice. Life is to be appreciated. But also treated with respect

You know, saddling a kid with a name for the rest of their lives is way too much pressure. You should be allowed to wait until they're like...three. And then they can help. What if you give them a dumb name because you like it but all their friends hate it? Or what if you accidentally give them weird initials? Evangeline Elizabeth Watson would spell EEW and that's awful! ...not that I was considering that for a name for long but still. I was supposed to have help with He wanted to do this
