Hi, everyone. I’m sure you’re all aware of the very recent round of vanishing friends and family again. The DOA has received reports from Vallo PD of a rash of locals disappearing again as well. It looks like we’re dealing with another portal, likely the one I’m sure we’ve all seen hovering over the mountaintops.

I received word from Keith Kogane a few minutes ago that he’d taken the Black Lion up to take a closer look through the portal. He reported seeing nothing more than stars and darkness but received readings of a lack of oxygen as he ventured out farther.

It is the DOA’s belief that, much like last month, the missing are on the other end of this new portal. With that in mind, please reply if you meet the following criteria:

You would like to be a member of the rescue team.
You have a usable spacecraft and are open to transporting teammates through the portal.

We’re going to move on this as quickly and efficiently as we can. Those who reply should report at 4:30 PM with packed bags here: [mountain coordinates].

We don't know what this is going to lead to, right? Gathering our forces might be null and void if all we need to do is leave and immediately return. This seems more like precaution than anything else, but I understand if this is a bit much. I always want you at my side, William, but I will do this for the both of us.

And, to be additionally frank--though I appreciate the offers given and know that Mina would be safe and well taken care of with others, I would feel insurmountably more comfortable with this situation knowing that she is in your care. I try not to speak for Tessa when at all possible, but I feel deeply confident saying that she would feel the same way. There is no one we trust more than you.

	This is all quite a way to tell me to stay behind without making me have to say it. And I thank you for your discretion. I will likely only cause a distraction that will be detrimental to our health and safety of bringing Tessa home. I will teach Mina a few rhymes, however, I hope you are aware. 	I know you, you know. And likewise know that I don't relish being away from you any more than I do right now with Tessa being wherever she is, but there is much to consider and be responsible for.
