The patronus lit up the alley, and with a loud
pop, Emmeline Vance appeared in the middle of the small park Sturgis had confirmed Grayson had been seen in earlier in the week. Whether or not the death eater was still around, it would only be a matter of time before he returned, because as soon as her feet hit the grass, her wand shot out producing a siren spell that had been hurled during their last encounter. The shrieking would be a minor annoyance to the muggles in the area, who would hear the sound as an equivalent to cats bickering in the night. To Wilkes, however, it would hopefully ring familiar.
Pacing, feeling odd in these shoes (not much walking about had been done since they'd arrived in England), Emmeline looked up to the sky, seeing a few stars through the branches of the trees. The patronus had given the go-ahead, which meant that Dedalus' rescue was being started.
While
that was happening, it would only make sense to have Grayson Wilkes thoroughly occupied, correct? The logistics of the plan were figured down to the second, and...in theory...everything should work out in their favor.
In theory. There were many variables that could disrupt them. Emmeline raised her wand over her head, causing brightly lit sparks to fly about.
