This is a nice vacation spot. The weather here's a lot nicer than Anniston and Hoppy 2 has been sticking close by me since I got here.

Other than magic toys, what's fun around here?

Not surprised that I got a dragon. He says he doesn't have a name and that I should give him one but I don't know what to call him.

Hi.  I'm Abigail.

There's a talking teacup toy here that also wants to introduce himself.  He says he's Earl.  Earl Grey.  He's very cute.  I can't even see where the batteries go.   

This place is not what I expected.

Is this some kind of circle of hell purgatory?

Can somebody tell me what this thing is and why is it following me?

I'm not sure what has brought these creatures to life, but I have to say this little guy is pretty cute.

I'm not saying that my heart-felt, jazzy rendition of "Mary Had a Little Lamb" didn't hit it out of the park, but lets be real:

It was totally awesome.

Also, I will gladly take any and all leftover Valentine's Day candy that you're telling yourself that you can't eat for whatever reason. Really. I'll gladly take one for the team. Especially if you have Hot Lips. Who doesn't love cinnamon chewy candies?

And, Boss? We might need a new frothing frother machine thing. I was...experimenting.

It was a great party, May, and thank you for hosting it. Unfortunately, I've got to let everyone know that it looks like Michelle is gone again. I don't think we've got an Island weirdness thing going on this time, but I've been wrong before. Just the same, her belongings aren't there so it's most likely the real sort this time.

In better news, if you hadn't heard yet, yes, we're engaged. So I guess we take the good with the bad around here, lately.

So, tomorrow is Valentine's Day.

I haven't experienced a Valentine's Day since I was small. The kids in my neighborhood bought candy and little cards for one another. It was very cute.

However, I don't think that is what adult people typically do on Valentine's Day. There's a lot to celebrate lately. I'm going to take this opportunity to let other people share on my post what they would like to celebrate the most this holiday. If there is big secret about your plans, obviously don't tell those (actually, still tell me those, just quietly), but if we're allowed to know, share.

Did I see a post somewhere that mentioned Karaoke on Valentine's Day? Because I would hate to miss that. Also, I need a job, any suggestions?

This is one hell of a mirage.

This is very interesting. Very interesting. First we were in Paris, and now we are where? Switzerland? I have had so much cheese and sweets. This is excellent vacation.

Welp, looks like I'm on a temporary vacation til the weather clears. Kind of hard to enjoy the beach when everything around you is frozen over.

Anyone need help shoveling themselves out from the snow?

Blame Tony for this one, but looks like we're going got be re-theming Jim's for a while. I'll be sealing up the decks nice and tight and I think we can make some firepits for anyone who wants to come by. We'll have holiday-themed hot drinks if anyone is willing to make it out.

Does everyone on the island have a place to go for Thanksgiving?

Okay, not aggravated but oof! I am exhausted and tired and do you know how many peppermint mochas and hot chocolates I have been slapping together since the early morning hours of November 1?

I'm sure it has to do with who requested it, but it turns out I'll be painting faces this weekend for Halloween.

I didn't realize Halloween had become a multi-day thing, though. I know I haven't missed that much lately.

Ladder Man is still the worst super villain ever and the number of step stools and actual ladders I had to dodge on a daily basis while all of that was happening?

Listen, he made me break my leg and do you know how long you have to be out of commission with a broken leg?

A REALLY LONG TIME.

...Except for the super villain I definitely took down with said broken leg after I heroically zip-lined from my apartment to his apartment to save my ex after he got a really expensive vase smashed over his head because that is what a good girlfriend does even when she's in a wheelchair and can't even make her own grilled cheese or crochet or do anything remotely helpful because she has a broken leg.

I didn't even get a phone call from Cap to tell me good job on using my amazing P.I. skills to even figure out the guy was going to blow up some hospital. Do you know how long it takes to carve an arrow out of ice?
