Time:03:40 am
Who: December and everyone helping out
Where: the woods near the trader's circle
When: mid day

So, there was a great clearing, which was nice, and weirdly, a lot of people seemed to show up. She had opted to go buy a lot of water, and other shit, almost like she was setting up for a town freaking picnic. Only instead they were building super fun werewolf cages. Right.

As people milled around, she looked at everyone, and stood up on a cooler she'd brought. "Okay! So, hi. I'm December. And I figured this was our best bet, so that's why we're all here. To make sure tomorrow night doesn't get stupid and terrifying at the same time. Thanks for coming. Let's get this show on the road as fast as we can, and get this done. Honestly, with this many people it shouldn't take that long." Which was kinda shocking, but damn. There were a lot of people. "Any questions, find me and ask. Have at it."

Who: Sylvia
Where: the ghost house
When: late day

Sylvia hadn’t really known where she was heading. Nowhere, technically. Just ‘away’. She’d been sort of hoping to find a cave somewhere, or something. Or someplace that looked like it would be good to set up a sort of camp, not that she had even minor supplies for such a thing. To say she hadn’t thought out her cut and run strategy was an understatement of the highest caliber.

So, she hadn’t expected it when she came upon the house. She nearly crashed into the crooked old mailbox, tripping slightly over the remains of what had once been a white picket fence. Looming up over her was a once pale blue house, an old victorian style, looking to be at least three stories high. She stared, a slow smile coming over her lips as she tilted her parasol just enough to get a look at the whole thing.

Who: Aidan and December
Where: The Brewery
When: Morning

After being sent away from Sylvia’s the night before, Aidan was having trouble lifting his mood. He knew she was young, but he’d felt a connection with her, one that he couldn’t believe was all due to some kind of a vampiric spell. But he had to respect her wishes and leave her be, at least for a while. Something had spooked her and he was determined to find out what. He had a clue that it was Darcy, a suspicion that was confirmed later that morning when he began to argue with Darcy via text message. By the time he got into work, he was ready to punch someone. It was a good thing he was working back in the brewery, rather than the main room, because any wrong word might have caused him to snap. Trying to calm himself down, he poured himself a beer. It was never too early to drink.

December was taking things into high gear fast, so she was up bright and early to go get shit rolling. She already had a spot marked out on a town map to show people and send them there. She'd told Mannix about it, so he could pass the word on, and she'd get others kicked out of bed soon enough. When she got to the bar, she was sent back to the brewery when she asked for Aidan. Knocking on the door and heading inside, she peered around. "Aidan?" she called.

Subject:You Just Don't Get It
Time:10:18 pm
Who: Darcy and Avery
Where: Their House
When: Morning

Darcy had seen Noah off in the early hours, linger at the window long after he’d gone, unable to stop smiling to herself. It was nice, different than when she’d seen Liam off in the morning, which had been nice as well, but she couldn’t put her finger on just what it was.

Avery was up and ready for school, her blonde hair tied up out of her face. She had to work after, which was just fine with her, because Avery was thinking she could maybe drink a couple beers before the end of the night. Being a little buzzy certainly made everything a lot easier to deal with. Especially the knowledge that her brother was quite possibly a werewolf. But... She needed to talk to Darcy before turning her thoughts to that.

Crossing the hall, Avery knocked sharply at Darcy's bedroom door hoping she didn't have Liam inside.

Who: Noah
Where: His place
When: Early morning after finding this

True to his word, Noah had slipped out Darcy's window at the requested time, before Avery would even think of expecting Darcy to be up and moving. The air was chilly and damp but he didn't care. Last night's games with Darcy had left a smile on his face even as he wandered across the dome toward home to get ready for school. When he reached the door, he was so distracted by thoughts of last night that he almost missed the letter that had been shoved under his door.

Who: Gin and Cody
Where: orchard
When: morning

Gin was sitting under a mango tree. Her thoughts were wandering a wide range of ideas but right then, with her pencil raised, eraser on her lower lip, she was stumped. She'd been sort of feeling less than creative lately and the trip to the fruit farm had been meant to stir up something, anything. On the pages before the one sitting blankly on her lap there were prosaic line drawings of birds, a mango that had fallen into a pile of mulch, the trees themselves. There was even a detailed and shaded monarch butterfly that had alighted on her coffee thermos. But nothing was inspiring her.

What she needed was some spark of life. Some pizazz in the middle of all this sameness. Hell, she'd even settle for getting herself into hot water with a black eye at the end of it if it meant she could pull out something new and fresh from her noggin. She leaned back against the trunk of the tree and gazed up into the leaves above her, wondering why the big, vast world that she'd wanted to see had to become so small so quickly. She sighed and stood to leave.

Cody was wandering around, as per usual. Lately he was feeling weird. He couldn't quite put his finger on why, but everything seemed to be bugging him. He felt like he'd been used to things the way they were, and then all of a sudden everything was different...but not really. He was still dead. He looked dead. He scared people, and not always when he wanted to. He was antisocial in the first place, really, but now he actually had options for being social, so it was different. Now it was a choice, not a forced state of being. And he did actually like talking to people sometimes, it was just...made of awkward.

He saw a woman he could only describe as 'bright' sitting alone by herself. Or, she was sitting, and then she was standing up, and he wasn't sure whether he was visible or not. Which was weird, considering. So he sort of stood there, hands shoved into his pockets as he eyed her.

Subject:TIME UPDATE
Time:11:24 pm

DATE: Monday, April 10, 2017

WEATHER: Light rain in the morning, followed by cloudy skies the rest of the day. It looks like the rain might continue, but it never does, though the winds in the afternoon and evening have a bit of a bite. Temperature ranges from 73-56°F.

EVENTS: It’s Monday morning and half the population is going about their lives per usual-- going to school, going to work, then eventually going home. Nothing out of the norm. The other half is preparing for tomorrow night’s full moon. Those in the know are tight lipped about the situation, but realize that if the situation is not handled with care, then it could blow up in the worst possible way. Everyone might find out eventually, but if they can keep it a slow trickle, then it might not cause a panic.

BODY COUNT: 60, 0 new this game day
2 from heart attacks via ghosts. 7 from the riot at the doors. 11 from bat bites. 3 from spontaneous combustion. 3 from blood loss. 34 from wolf attacks.
