[Eight days prior to the moon, delivered to the PO Box given is a wooden box containing the promised Wolfsbane Potion in seven bottles, one for each day it has to be taken prior to the moon. There're detailed instructions for how (unfailingly; a gobletful (~8.5oz; but it's already been decanted)) and when (once a day for seven days at the same time, preferably evening) to take it, all scribbled on a yellow scroll in a messy hand. It indicates that the recipient might reach out to Newt at any time and his mobile number is offered. It's signed N.A.P., and, yes, those are his real initials.]
