[Over the past couple of days, gossip starts roaming around the city about a new vigilante on the streets. She's hanging around by the Docks and watching out for working girls and children getting into trouble. It seems like she has a penchant for after scumbag dudes, especially ones going after young boys and girls. Her mouthiness pisses off some of the goons, particularly when she asks about things she should know -- like a child pornography ring. The kids say she jokes with them and makes sure they get home safely before zipping away. People don't know what to make of her. All everyone knows is? This lady means business.

There's no name, but she's in all black -- leather jacket, jeans, boots, utility belt -- except for a purple cowl around her mouth and blonde hair spilling out of her hood. They start to call her Shade in the blogs and on the forums.]
