Life got more and more interesting as time progressed. Which was something Han Solo really didn't need more of. His life was plenty interesting as it was. He was married to a Princess, whose brother was the Jedi Master. He had three kids, two of whom were twins, who were strong Jedi kids. Which made them rather like raising Ralltiir tigers. Sure, they were adorable when young, but they grew long vicious claws.

But things had gotten even more interesting once he'd arrived on...Earth. Wherever that was. He'd arrived on his ship, having his adult daughter try to outfly him. Nothing new there, but still, disorienting. Then her twin had shown up, looking as old as he did and giving off a vibe of...incredible power. Unfortunately, his daughter had been his son's arms, gotten beaten down by none other than Darth Vader, the father-in-law from hell if there ever was one. Not only that, apparently the Sith Lord was at full power and unarmored, whatever that meant. To Han, that meant "keep out of his line of sight".

Not that things got any easier around here, what with Luke being ten, his mother alive, and...

Han paused his mental meanderings as the sleeping Leia cuddled closer to him. Now, here was the biggest surprise of all. The young, devastatingly beautiful Leia he had known and loved back in the days of the Rebellion, popping out of nowhere. Not that it didn't have its own side benefits, but still. He could do with less surprises.

"That'll teach me...I don't know what, but it'll teach me."
