NPCs: Kaito Tanaka, deputy head of the Cabinet Intelligence and Research Office (Naicho), SHIELD and Naicho agents, one very dead Skrull body
What: A strange body washed up in Japan. Unable to determine it's origins, the Japanese authorities surrender the body to SHIELD.
Where: SHIELD HQ, NYC: locked down basement morgue
