[Just as evening starts to fall, one of the parks in Sector 4 has been festooned with streamers, bright lights in a variety of colors, a big upraised dais, tables of refreshments, and music. It looks like a perfectly normal party from the outside. Optional masks are provided in little bins beside the dais, but you're responsible for your own costumes...!

...And if you're dressed as a character, the moment you step onto the dais, you will believe yourself to have led that character's life for your whole life. This effect will last until "midnight", in this case Sunday, even if you leave the party.]

[Since Kaien suspected something was wrong with Yuuki, he sticked close, and now that he sees that she's attacking Zero, he moves in quickly. He yanks Yuuki's hand out of Zero's stomach and then holds onto the other one. Stands on the other side of her and helps Zero restrain her.]

Zero! Are you alright...?!

[Can't really do anything about the punch flying towards Yuuki's face though.] Lehane-san! Stop!

[He can't reach his gun to break whatever power Yuuki was attempting to overpower him with. Frozen and bound, it acted similar to the pureblood compulsion, except physical instead of emotional.

Her fingers dug into his flesh, the pain excruciating and his body unable to stop her. The dual attacks from both Kaien and Faith broke the spell as he pushed away, nausea rolling into the wake of the injury.]

I'm fine. [The words were rough and just came out on painfully ragged gasps as he felt warmth of blood invading the fabric of his shirt.] We need to get her out of that costume.

[The hit grazes her cheek, eyes catching the fist as it nears but unable to dodge completely as hands to either side of her work to hold her down.

Shock & anger fuse together, mingling within a turbulent ocean of feeling beneath the surface. Those feelings are overshadowed though by primal urges, body reacting instantly to the scent that fills the air, so potent like a drug and intoxicating to the senses. Her eyes grow darker yet, crimson flooding the usual brown pools of depth.]

Ah~! So good...

[Electrical currents surging through her once more, she releases the electricity with two, sharp bolts directed for both Kaien and Faith, shoving them up and away from her. Free once more a hand rises to her lips where eyes flutter shut in an expression of ecstasy as her tongue slips out. From the base of her palm and up she laps the thick, red blood carelessly dripping down her hand, a shudder of pleasure coursing through her body. Like honey to the lips, teasing drops that beg more as it saturates her tongue create only the desire to take.

Gaze swiveling back to Zero she melts into a flurry of butterflies, only to form once more, solidifying directly before him in the air and only slowly lowering, as bloodied fingers reach out to capture and cup his face in her palms.]

You taste so delicious. I wonder why...

[A smile spreads slowly, fangs pointed and sharp beneath thirsty eyes, peeking threateningly with a grin.]

Before you break any further I want more. ♥

[Yes cause it's totally his fault!]

Ahh...! [Is thrown backwards and stunned for a moment. He shakes his head and stands up quickly.] Yuuki...! [Glances over at Faith to make sure she's okay, then runs forward and does the first thing he can think of. He dives for Zero's gun.]

...Stop!

[Immediately shoots towards her, making sure to aim far away from vital points. Instead hits her in the shoulder, knowing full well it won't kill her, but will only hurt and stun her.

BAM!

'Sorry Yuuki...!']

[He froze, entirely creeped out at the sight of her licking his blood off her fingers. Her appearating into butterflies before reappearing next to him, moving to finally draw his gun, it was gone before he managed it. Things practically moved in slow motion after that. You just unarmed the person who needs his weapon the most. Thanks, you idiot. Right after Kaien fired, Zero dove to disarm Yuuki, hoping to take the distraction to remove such a powerful weapon from her grasp.

Dropping to his knees, ignoring the blindingly sharp pain within his abdomen as he moved, he was familiar enough with the girl in front of him to know exactly where her weapon was held and how to quickly get it from her.

Sadly, he had to reach high on her thigh beneath her skirt.

She'd just ripped open his stomach with her bare hands and told him she wanted a better taste of his blood.

This would make them even in his eyes.

Fingers slipping past the frilly fabric, the electric current of the weapon attacked him, burning his fingers.

Artemis had never liked him.

Ignoring it, he grasped and pulled her from the holster. Hand burning as the weapon rejected him, he turned to Kaien.]

Give me my gun back you idiot.

[Tossing Artemis in your direction.]

[Blinding pain explodes in her right shoulder, blossoming red soaking through to stain the pure, white dress a permanent shade. Crying out she doubles over, a hand immediately moving to apply pressure to the wound upon her shoulder. Sheer hot, it feels like being pierced with fire that only continues to smolder, burning the skin and path within.]

Hah--

[The hand that slides beneath her skirt is felt and she reaches to grasp his wrist but is seconds short. Now they've all hurt and stolen from her. How cruel. How can they do such terrible things? Cradling her shoulder she stands, hair obscuring her face and body slanting to the side as she tries to strain the wound as little as possible.]

Mean.

[A quivering shake to her voice,the prelude to tears as she finally glances back up, liquid glistening wetly as she stares at the three of them. The hand on her injured arm clutches at the fabric of her skirt tightly, and she freely sniffles.]

All of you are....are so mean!

... Here. [Passes the gun to Zero and takes Artemis from him. Extends it and then looks down at Yuuki. The sight of her crying is something that tears at Kaien...but he knows he can't do anything about it, this isn't really Yuuki, right?

Eyes narrow.] Yuuki, come along quietly and we will stop being mean to you. You want to have fun at the party, right? [Even though she's definitely not coming back.]

[You don't steal a guys piece when he's being threatened to be eaten. He knows this isn't Yuuki, he wouldn't have shot her ~~probably~~.

Still he's glad to have his gun back. The switch in Yuuki is dramatic. Like a child that had just had a toy taken away from her for bad behavior. He stays alert, keeping an eye on Yuuki's movements, but the pain in his abdomen throbbed in time with the rapid beat of his heart. He was content to allow Kaien to just take over for a bit and see if he could get her contained.]

[He walks up to Yuuki with the utmost caution, smiling gently. He's prepared to knock her unconscious in a second if she makes a sudden move. He knows that she's weakening from how much of her powers that she's using, so he figures he can give this a try. Artemis is constantly at the ready.]

Yuuki...please come with us. We'll get you cleaned up and you can have fun after. Your dress is all dirty after all, don't you want a clean one...?

[Gives Faith a look that says 'Hold your horses.']

[The remark on her dress is temporarily distracting, a glance down at the white now stained red with her own blood, mixed with the boy's. If anything, though, the sight serves as a stronger distraction, mind focusing on the scent and raw thirst that has only built in the back of her throat. Intoxicating, a draw that burns painfully with want and need, echoing the ache in her arm where the spell had struck her.

Looking back at her prey, bleeding a short distance away, her crimson eyes narrow and she stares at him hard. Disobedience from any one of her dolls is unacceptable, and she's thirsty, now. Voice firm, a clear demand that won't tolerate disobedience on any level, she meets his eyes.]
