[Just as evening starts to fall, one of the parks in Sector 4 has been festooned with streamers, bright lights in a variety of colors, a big upraised dais, tables of refreshments, and music. It looks like a perfectly normal party from the outside. Optional masks are provided in little bins beside the dais, but you're responsible for your own costumes...!

Castiel, brother, you know as much about me and I do about you. [But he doesn't disagree that this place is causing too many disruptions. If this will make Castiel recognize that he's not thinking clearly, then he will humor him--for the moment.]

I am an Angel of the Lord. My current duty is to watch over Yu Kanda and assist him in stopping the demon Lilith from breaking the sixty-six seals. If we fail, she will bring upon the Apocalypse.
