| The Day of the Feast |

There had been much discussion as to how to go about moving the temple over to the Nexus, but Murasa had finally won out on her idea of simply flying it there. So, after about a month's preperation, the Temple had once more been turned into a Treasure Ship, and had begun it's journey to the portal. Ichrin stared from the bow of the ship, and shook her head. "This is a terrible idea, you know that right?"
Murasa responded with a wide grin, "Nah! Feasts such as this one should always be made memorable!"
Sigh. "Byakuren, Are you certain we should be doing this?" Ichirin asked, clinging desperetly to the last voice of reason.
Hijiri simply smiled peacefully at her. "It certainly will be a moment to remember, won't it?" Which caused Murasa to grin wider, as they reached the portal.
Ichirin turned back, and flopped against the railing. "I see. I'm the only sane person left."
"Oh come on. Don't be such an old biddy!" Murasa shouted cheerfully from the wheel, as they finally emerged from the portal. It's probably about 4pm in the Nexus. Who might be out and about to notice the giant ship floating towards the apartments? |

Edward tromps across the grounds, grumbling at how much snow has fallen. He'd heard that two of the elemental gods upstairs were messing around with the weather, and he was tempted to make them clean this shit up since it clearly worked too well.
He got into the second building and stomped his feet to get snow off his boots, then headed upstairs to Envy's apartment. He hesitated outside the door for a long moment, then knocked, one hand in his pocket on his cellphone. |

Ed knocks on the door of the office before poking his head in. "A new Envy's found the Nexus. Don't worry, this one isn't out to kill us yet." |

Hohenheim wasn't certain if Edward would be found in the office, and if not, well, he would simply have to come back again later then, wouldn't he?
He knocked lightly on the door before opening it and stepping in. |

A small white dwarf rabbit hops up to the landlord's office door, banging his head on it to make some noise. Luckily rabbits don't get very cold, being out in the snow.
Who wants to find out why there's a rabbit at the door? |

Ed moseys his little kitty way onto the apartment grounds. At first, he was going to go to his house, but then he gets a bright idea and heads over to the office.
He jumps up, scrabbling for a spot on the windowsill and presses his face against the window to meow and look pitiful at Edward. |

| Enter The Housewife (Take Two) |

After Izumi was done visiting with the Collective, Ed takes her over to the office, loaning her one of Sarah's coats for the trip.
"If he's not the one in there, it'll likely be Riza," he tells her. "He got married to the Riza Hawkeye from his world."
"I see. And all this is his doing?" Izumi says, taking another look around. Now that she has a coat on to keep her warm, she's taking more time to look at her surroundings.
Ed nods. "Yeah. Other people maintain the grounds, but he's the one that set this place up. Next place on the list is a gym so we'll have a place to train when the weather is too nasty out for it to be a good idea to do so outside."
By now, they've reached the office and Ed knocks on the door and opens it; poking his head in to smile brightly at his alternate. "You'll never guess who Sarah brought home." |

Ed's been sitting out on a garden bench for an hour or so, with his knees drawn up to his chest and his forehead resting on them.
There's snow drifting down from the sky, that he ignores and has started creating a thin layer on him. He occasionally shudders, but aside from that, he doesn't move. |

Murasa went through the portal first, and looked around. "Wow...this is like night and day compared to us."
"It's cold, but that's to be expected considering I believe Nazrin said it was winter here." Cam the voice of Ichirin behind her.
"Yes, but I mean the air. It's different." Murasa took a deep breath, and smiled. "It's almost otherworldly."
"That's because it is, Minamitsu." Ichirin said, facepalming lightly. "So, do you remember where these 'apartments' are supposed to be?"
"Hmm, I think it's off thataway." Murasa said, nodding her head. "Want me to go double check and you get Byakuren, or do you want to?"
"I think exposing them to your lack of civility off that bat would leave a poor impression for us to overcome, captain." Ichirin grinned.
"Hey! I resent that!"
"Regardless, I'll go take a look, and you get Lady Byakuren?"
Murasa nodded. "Try not to come across as an old biddy too much, Ichi." She shouted back, heading through the portal.
"Hmph!" Ichirin fumed at her, before taking off and searching. After just a few moments in the air, she spots the apartments, and lands near the grounds, looking around. "I think this is the place.." |

With Fletcher and Winry in tow, while Ed and Al went up to visit Mustang and Hawkeye in the hospital, Russell led them out through the grounds, and to the apartment office, looking for the landlord. |

Momiji Inubashiri stepped out of the portal to Gensoukyou. Nazrin had conveyed the message that Shou had wanted her to act as security while she was out of commission. Nazrin had more to take care of before coming back to the apartments, which left Momiji, (who was quickly released from her duties on the mountain) to meet the landlord on her own. Giving a sigh and making sure she was ready, started walking towards the apartments. Quickly spotting the office before even reaching the grounds, she walks straight towards it and knocks. |

Envy climbed up the stairs to his apartment, carrying a few notebooks. He'd been away to Amestris, the library in Central, looking up his past, and his children. Although he could barely remember anything about his own Delilah, or Emily, or Annamarie, he'd found a family portrait painting in an old book about Amestris nobility. He knew enough now, and had it all in notebooks. He was calmer now and less aggressive after the research, or so he'd like to think.
He let himself in. Being sort of antisocial, he didn't mind stashing the notebooks away and getting out some cereal and milk for dinner, and not seeing anybody. Afterwards he turned on the dishwasher; and it wouldn't start, so he kicked it a few times, and it started. Then it abruptly shut off, and wouldn't start again.
Oh, shit, he thought. He made a face. He had to go see Pipsqueak now. He wasn't relishing that prospect. But he went down to the office and knocked firmly on the door. "Pipsqueak! Problem here, Shorty..." he called. |

It didn't take long for Kanako to find Her way to the nexus, and from there, even less time to stumble across where She had felt Shou's presence. She had gone to great lengths to hide Her own from Shou. After a moment of watching from a far, She had determined that her target wasn't there. Okay, She can run with this.
As luck would have it, Nazrin was also not present on security at the moment, being over in the clinic to install cameras, ironically.
Kanako looked around the grounds for a moment, standing just along the property line. She was easily an noticeable presence, being 6'3". Wonder who's going to notice Her first. |

Moving day was finally here, and Sarah was pretty glad for it. It would be nice to not be tripping over boxes and flailing over what got packed and what didn't and god damnit guys she told you she needed that for tomorrow, and--
Well.
Everyone was here today to get everything hauled over and arranged and fussed at to their liking. Boxes were being piled in a vaguely organized way, hopefully leaving enough room for furniture to get in, and Sarah was very glad her husbands kept at her with her strength training. This was enough hauling to wear out anyone! |

It scares me to speak my mind,
Might sound self-absorbed.
I don't say half of what I think,
I wonder what I'm thinking for.
I'm smelling dead flowers,
And listening to the walls again.
I'm drinking from a leaky faucet,
And writing this with a dried-up pen.
With a laptop bag stuffed to bursting point with cords, data crystals, notebooks, pens, and photo albums - not to mention the requisite laptop - slung over one shoulder, and a grocery sack of dried fruits, assorted trail mix packages, and a box of tea, Anna PINpointed into the Nexus onto the grounds of the Elric Apartments, and walked toward the first building.
Almost to the door, she hesitated, then veered off toward the office, and knocked on the door twice before opening it and sticking her head inside. "Hello?" |

Some time in the morning, after assuring his brother that he wouldn't be gone long, Al headed out onto the grounds to look for the office.
It doesn't take him long and he soon knocks on the door and then waits patiently for a response. The landlord shouldn't have any trouble recognizing the sound of the knock. |

On her way home from work, Riza PINpointed into the commercial district to pick up a few things before heading home, and on her way, she passed by the sign.
So now she was bringing a dinner guest home. And a horse.
Seeing to arrangements for the horse came first, however, so that meant a stop by the office.
"These two buildings are the apartments. I live in that one over there. This one was the first one built, and the landlord lives here. His office is around this way," Riza said. "That big building back there is new. It's our hospital." |

Edward has a stealth suit for a few days while his wife and Roy's practice with those guns.
And Edward knows just how to use it.
He suits up in his bedroom and heads off, making his way to building two, where he uses his landlord key to open the door to his homunculus alternate's apartment. This is where she'd been staying, last Edward knew.

Anna stepped through a portal into the Nexus, carrying two sizable cases, one more like an oversized suitcase, and the other longer, clearly a specialty case of some sort. Both were a dull, brushed reinforced metal, and between the cases and their contents, deceptively heavy. Anna had no qualms about cheating with a levitation spell to take the bulk of the weight.
She walked over to the second apartment and released the handle of the more suitcase-like one, letting it hover in midair as she punched in the security code and opened the door before grasping the handle again.
Then upstairs to the second floor, and again, she released the handle of the case to knock on door 8-B. |

Elise and her family had been absent from the more populated areas on the Nexus lately--Cruxis had ferreted out their hiding place, and they'd had to throw off the trail again. It was getting harder and harder to keep ahead of them, and Kratos wasn't going to be able to keep them off the trail for long.
But for now they were safe, and Elise decided to go find out if the apartments might be a better place to hole up for a while, and catch up on what had been going on recently. So she and Lloyd headed onto the ground and up to the second building, hitting the buzzer for their friend's apartment. |
