What: BEST BIRTHDAY SURPRISE EVER! /sarcasm. Alani goes to give Josh his "present" but then casually mentions that she's going to go get the cure. Probably not the best thing to say to your not-boyfriend friend who is a boy.
Rating: PG-13? There is cursing.
