First of all, thank you all for volunteering for this mission. The safety of Emillion and its citizens hinges on its success, as no doubt you understand. We have been able to pinpoint the location where the herb may be found, and believe it would be best to launch this mission as soon as possible. The details are as follows:

Volunteers will leave from the Aerodrome at 6:00AM on Saturday, Sagittarius 8. Dress warmly; the journey will lead you to the Emillion mountains, so please remember to take the weather into account. Volunteers will fly partway there, but as the site cannot be directly accessed by airship, volunteers will need to be prepared to walk and camp at least one night. Camping supplies (bedrolls, tents, etc.) will be provided free of charge, as will healing potions.

Thank you again. We pray for your success, and wish you the best of luck. Should you have any further questions regarding mission parameters, please direct them to Councilors Min or Matsudaira of the Mages' Guild.

In order to be fully prepared for the ordeal ahead, Councilor Min and I believe it would help matters to settle on a team leader, or several (depending on whether more volunteers come forward yet). You have seen the list of volunteers as it stands. Do you have any members of your respective guilds you would like to recommend for the task?

If any of you have caught ill and haven't seen a white mage or gone to a clinic to be diagnosed, and if you're hallucinating dead people, I swear to fucking Faram I'm dragging you there myself.

I fear this is quite a troublesome time in Emillion's history. For those of you who are aware of the current dangers which have enveloped our lands and city, I am certain you understand. For those of you who are not so savvy, consider this a notice to you: An illness sweeps through us, a plague. If you have not done so, I encourage you to sign up to assist the councilor's of the mage's guild in bringing this terrible burden to the best conclusion it is capable of having.

For any member of our guild who seeks to assist those who have already volunteered I will grant access to what little I have in extra stores of equipment. I have a few weapons, but mostly ammo.

If you have any questions regarding our own guild matters, or how to continue with this task approach any of our own council or the mage's guild without fear for this is your time to bring forth the strength that your friends, lovers, brethren and family have supplied you with for so long. This is a surmountable task, and I believe you all capable of bringing the fate of this task to your desired end.

In the course of her investigation, our guild mage Sabina Domicetti has obtained information which could potentially lead to a cure. Her research has come across a reference to an illness not dissimilar to the one now plaguing our city, and a herb that could help combat the illness is described in the text.

We are led to believe obtaining it will present several obstacles which would necessitate the collaboration of a party of combatants willing to help clear the path to the remedy. We do not yet know the exact location, and are working on coordinates at this time; it should take no more than a day or two. However, we believe it would be beneficial to start recruiting volunteers preemptively. Any assistance you could render with regards to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I wouldn't bring this issue to the council if I didn't think it was dire, but Theodore Finch seems to be missing. Yesterday he fought a dragon with Councilor Min and I, and was thrown into the storm. [.....] Not long after, a giant monster with a staff appeared, but it seemed to be on our side. But as for Finch, we couldn't find him anywhere.

As per this morning, I checked the clinics, and with Juliette, to see if he hadn't been brought in, but came up with not a single sighting. If he were alright, he would have asked where his sword is right now, which is sitting against my wall.

Have any of you been in contact with him?
