This is likely common knowledge at this point, but if anyone is in need of healing or supplies, the Grande Cathedral has opened its doors to the public and will remain so for the foreseeable future. If someone you know is in need of a warm meal, clothing, or a safe space to sleep, please send them in the direction of the Cathedral.

Additionally, a small section of the Necrohol has been damaged by this weekend's events. Any available Holy Knights or users of holy magic are requested to do some patrol if at all possible.

I fear this is quite a troublesome time in Emillion's history. For those of you who are aware of the current dangers which have enveloped our lands and city, I am certain you understand. For those of you who are not so savvy, consider this a notice to you: An illness sweeps through us, a plague. If you have not done so, I encourage you to sign up to assist the councilor's of the mage's guild in bringing this terrible burden to the best conclusion it is capable of having.

For any member of our guild who seeks to assist those who have already volunteered I will grant access to what little I have in extra stores of equipment. I have a few weapons, but mostly ammo.

If you have any questions regarding our own guild matters, or how to continue with this task approach any of our own council or the mage's guild without fear for this is your time to bring forth the strength that your friends, lovers, brethren and family have supplied you with for so long. This is a surmountable task, and I believe you all capable of bringing the fate of this task to your desired end.

All citizens of Emillion must be aware by now of the illness making its way through our city. We of the Mages' Guild have been working in concert with our colleagues in the Cathedral to keep sickness at bay, but as those who are ill also know, the current medications and spells are proving insufficient.

Based on information obtained recently, a cure may already be in existence; it will, however, be difficult and possibly dangerous to obtain.

On behalf of all the guilds and the Church, we are issuing a call for volunteers to travel to the mountains posthaste to seek out the herb which we believe may cure this illness. The journey may be perilous and the volunteers must be prepared to do battle with a guardian creature most powerful.

Please, do not volunteer yourself lightly, for those who go will surely risk their lives. But for the sake of the lives of those who are ill, this mission must be attempted. The volunteers should leave as quickly as supplies and logistics for the journey can be arranged.

A reward will be offered to those who succeed in returning with the herb. Please reply for further details. Councilors Matsudaira and Min of the Mages' Guild will coordinate the effort.
